Me and my husband ordered 2 bowls and they were awful. We ordered steak in them & the meat had this funky taste and texture as if our meat was old. Disappointed in our experience, we didnt get to eat. Our son is in the hospital and we just needed something different than hospital food.

I’ve personally never had an issue with the service here. Parking is terrible and I feel like the food is way overpriced for what you get. I don’t think this is the fault of anyone specific to this location but I’ve heard some bad things about the CEO of the company just planning to keep raising prices.
Food quality was always fine for me, just not worth the price. If you do go, order in person and ask for extra of whatever they can give to you to make it worth the price.

Prices just keep going up and quality keeps going down. This is a long overdue review. Gave them another try. Ordered a veggie bowl. Received a bowl of pretty much all under cooked crunchy rice, a little of the corn salsa, black beans and lettuce ordered but no veggies at all.
I guess the good thing I can say is that it was ready when I got there.

Sadly only giving this Chipotle location 1 star because the parking lot sucks. The parking lot at this location is small, awkward, & annoying to get into during peak lunch times which prompts people to just park at the cvs lot right next door so they park & walk over for less than 10min BUT CVS NEXT DOOR WILL TOW YOUR CAR even in short amount of time. My car was towed because I walked over to get a Burrito… & in my time waiting for an uber to go back to work I was able to warn 2 people who parked & were on their way walking over to the Chipotle when I warned what had JUST happened to me. This Chipotle should put a warning sign on the door to help protect your patrons. I won’t patronize this location anymore I’ll just go to the one on 7th.
Tow company charged $321 btw … BEWARE

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE! Two female employees made my smoked brisket bowl. When the cashier told me my total he stated I had queso. I didn’t order queso, yet one of the female employees said she added it. I told her I watched her make my bowl and no queso was added only shredded cheese. I said, “If you added queso I’ll pay for it, but show me where you added it. She said she added it at the bottom but declined to show me the queso. Upset, that I called her out on her BS the other female employee and her quickly started to remake my bowl. She stated to the cashier, “I WILL EAT THE OTHER BOWL FOR LUNCH.” I GUESS CHIPOTLE IS ALLOWING EMPLOYEES TO MESS UP ORDERS AND EAT THEM FOR FREE SMH! Employees may eat for free regardless, not sure. IF EMPLOYEES RECEIVE FREE MEALS THEY’RE SAVING MEAT, QUESO, AND MULTIPLE ITEMS FOR THEMSELVES. THIS IS NOT FAIR TO CUSTOMERS!!! Furthermore, anytime I ordered queso it was put in a container. NOT AT THE BOTTOM OF MY BOWL! I also asked for two different salsas and the same employee who does WHATEVER SHE WANTS gave me two of the same salsas. The cashier politely told her that I was missing one of the salsas I asked for. The reason I go to this location is because it’s close and I received holiday gift cards from family. I can’t believe people are paying for a bowl full of CHEAP RICE with barely any meat. NOTE: Sugar packets were old and crunchy with stains. I don’t care if some of the reviews are positive. Corporate and the health department need to secretly visit this location.
The wait time was ridiculous! They were almost completely out of all their meat. When I was about to walk out an employee stated it should be 5 more minutes. Once the meat I selected was ready, an employee gave me barely any meat. I was in line for a long time and didn’t want to make a scene. I went to a table and called for a manager so she could witness how my bowl was made. A manager resolved the issue but never again with this location. For the number of customers, the establishment was clean. The staff were friendly but unorganized.

We did a mobile app and they were fast about prep since we were less than five minutes away and it was ready when we arrived. It’s an odd location and can be difficult to get in and out of if busy. Staff didn’t greet or acknowledge us when we passed any of them but not a huge deal.

well I guess I ordered a salad without the lettuce not to mention I paid for guacamole and it was no where to be see either. Best advice if you still want to order from here go in store they don’t do you dirty like they do online orders.

Portions were nothing to write home about, although I will say not less than expected. Ordered on the app this time and got a bowl with double steak and queso, ended up at like 20$ before the tip. They made it available for pic up on time.

A kids chip bag had only 5 chips total (broken into several 1/2 or 1/3 pieces or even smaller crumbs) and cost $1.60 – shrinkflation is bad here. I also got their barbacoa bowl and the meat had almost no flavor.
Attempted to call and leave feedback (vs publically) but this location will not except live calls as stated in the auto-answering machine. I will not be returning for the price/quantity of food

So I came in around 1pm. When I got there, they were already waiting in steak about 15 minutes. When I went to order the girl said about 10 minutes on brown rice. I waited since by that time steak should already be ready for my order. As the 10 minutes go by the girl at the front tell me that brown rice is not going to be ready in 10 minutes but in 45 minutes. Three other people walk out because that’s just ridiculous that I went from 10 to 45 minutes. Brown rice and steak not available during lunch time is crazy work. I asked for a managers card but couldn’t even find one at the office. Communication needs to be better between the team on this location. They have the hospitals next to them and should be ready for this kind of rushes during lunch time.
