The first issue was the guy on the intercom who told me he would be right with me. “Right with me” was about 5 minutes later. After waiting he politely thanked me for waiting. At that instance I realized I was mistaken for thinking the 2 cars in front of me took forever to order. I realized they had been put on hold before they could order as well.
I’m going to just say I’m glad all I ordered was a baked potato with chives because 1/4 of the potato was not cooked. How does that happen. Then 1/4 of the potato was kinda dry.
After reading several reviews about this location it confirmed my desire to never return here.

Wendy’s is very good for a fast food burger but it’s hit or miss. If the employees working are good and the food they serve is fresh then it’s awesome. I’ve been to this location plenty of times. I’ve had crap food and good food. Crap meaning it wasn’t fresh. The meat was made an hour ago and they used it in my burger. Taking a bite it’s cold. Things like that. Good food is when they make it right and it’s fresh. The meat is hot and juicy. So I like Wendy’s but you have to be willing to roll the dice. Prices have gone way up for fast food and I think it’s not really worth it anymore.

The service here is always great! They are always kind and quick. The low rating on the food is probably more of a me thing. I got the breakfast burrito and it wasn’t great. I should have stuck with Baconator breakfast sando ♂️

This drive thru is a joke. Waited 30 mins for nothing. Not my first time dealing with some bs in this drive thru. Tonight I waited 25 to 30 mins..I didnt even order i took off by the time they were ready to take the order..I drove away n another guy did as well.

This place sucks. I ordered almost a ten dollar chicken sandwich with no lettuce in the drive thru and when I got a chance to eat it, it had a bunch a lettuce and no Mayo, ketchup, or any sauce, it was dry and nasty. When you call, they don’t pick-up. Don’t waste your hard earned money.

My food wasn’t fresh. Fresh only had been warmed. I had to heat the food up, and add sauce to the burger. It was dry. The food didn’t taste that well. The rink was good.

Well wendy’s Drive through is very slow and what you pay for is not really worthy.
This is my experience more than on time if you want value I strongly recommend to use their digital coupons only.
I have a picture of their advertise baconator and I have a picture of what I received there are two very different looks and being honest they are two give you what you are paying for.
Mine was very short of bacon so is it worth it paying the just for the hamburger with not fries and not drink $ 7.79 for me not is not worth it.
The most heartbreaking part is they dont want to pay their employees the $15.00 per hour or even provided medical benefits vacation and so on when they now make more profits thanks to the generous permanent tax break they now received indefinite or until a new tax law changes for companies.

Ok so I ordered a small vanilla frosty-ccino menu price $2.19 but I was charged $2.89 which brought my total plus tax to $3.11! I brought it to the attention of the guy who took.my order and he completely didn’t care even after I let him know that you can’t charge a different price than what’s posted. He said I don’t know why they haven’t changed it. Never offered to ask the manager if he could ring it up at the advertised price and refund the difference just nothing. Even after I told him I was going back around to take a photo and came back it was a shoulder shrug. This also happened to me several other places so from now forward I will be keeping record and speaking with local media outlets. Also frosty-ccino wasn’t even good. They need to put more ice cream than coffee and it would be great but it’s just bitter and flat

Beware this location!
We had ordered two pick-up orders at this Wendy’s. While we were waiting for our orders to be made, my father was yelled at by the manager for drinking water (despite us paying for a drink) and my mother for eating some pizza she brought in (claiming it was against the law). We complied in their request to remove the food from the premises, however the manager stated he did not care and would not serve us people, instead calling the police on us. We asked then if we could be provided a refund for our orders, to which the manager claimed he never got them and we’d have to speak to the sheriff for any refunds. We left and contacted corporate. Thankfully the orders were cancelled.
Please be aware if you come to this location you may be profiled and have the police called against you, even if you comply with the managers requests! Do not risk it.
