Today was the first time ever that I have been totally dissatisfied with my food AND service at Luigis. I ordered a ravioli dinner, changed salad for rings and was upcharged, plus bread sticks. Clearly any numb nuts would know that all my food should come out together! RIGHT? WRONG! I got bread sticks and onion rings while waiting for my WARM 7 damned raviolis to be served. 4 if I was a child!!! (I learned this mistake by a waitress already tricking me into ordering a kids meal and ordering bread sticks separately. Haha what a $$ racket! Anyway, when waitress came back thru, I INTENTIONALLY RIPPED THE BREAD STICKS IN HALF! I said I want NEW bread sticks not microwave bread sticks! I want them WITH MY MEAL LIKE IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN IN THE FIRST PLACE. NOW I AM SEETHING. I just got out of the hospital last week from a seizure. I do NOT need this crap from anyone! I dine here frequently and we came in with a small card to boot!!!! So I go back to my room temp ravioli and I won’t dare complain because they will probably spit on them in the kitchen. I finally get my half and half breadsticks! If you guessed correctly, they were partially nuked and partially new. I spit them out and took pictures of them. I had my fiance try the other half. He said absolutely microwaved. The other part was nice and soft. I am a Google reviewer and take photos of all my food and everyone that is with me! So yes. You have been reviewed under many of my emails!!!! I have 5 different email accounts. There is absolutely no escaping me!!! I have lived in Brooksville since July 1992! I travel all over the place!!!! Sorry this was such a bad experience for me and sorry that my “NO FILTER” was extremely vocal but I can never be silenced by anyone! You staff came over immediately to remedy the situation and for that I totally appreciate your professionalism! You gave my fiance a small discount but remember not to ever over charge your locals ever! It’s not kind!!!! Thank you in advance!!!! God bless you George!!!

I had a sit down dinner and the pizza. The sit down dinner was good my buddy had the lasagna and said it was amazing. I got there right before close. His dinner was hot and amazing my chicken cutlets were good but cold. I ordered a meat lovers large pizza for take out tonight was really good but really small for a large. It was more like a medium but the food is really good.

Just got my food and I’m so disappointed. I always ask for a side of Marsala sauce with my veal Marsala as it’s pretty light sauce if I don’t and tonight I received basically oil water and mushrooms. Past 2 times have been disappointing. 🙁 please fix this issue. You can see the oil on the fork. Such a waste 🙁

Stopped in with my wife and Grandson. It clean, server was friendly. Food was delicious. Ordered the chicken salad and added some stuff they said no problem. The house vinaigrette is outstanding. Marinated chicken and fresh veggies. Im in love. Heard they do breakfast too and have been open for over 50 years. Gotta go try them out on an early morning

Well we may have lived here for over 20 years but this was our first breakfast visit to Luigi’s in Brooksville, on the corner of the 41 and Tom Varn park. This is now our new ‘go to’ place, the food was fresh and tasty, cooked exactly to our request, the service was wonderful and friendly. The restaurant itself is quaint and very well appointed, and clean, very clean. Plenty of parking there. A lovely surprise and a welcome one. Definitely try it.

Oh my god this place is absolutely amazing It brought me back to my childhood to New Haven Connecticut I had the chicken parm with spaghetti I then ordered a side of meatballs and a side of sausage which I could not finish because of the main dish was ginormous the garlic bread is out of this world, do not miss out on the double chocolate cake. 100% A+++, I will be back

This place was absolutely amazing for a lunch and dinner…one of the best meatball subs I’ve had in a long time and the onion rings were absolutely spectacular crunchy but yet soft in the middle…and you could even break the onion ring in half without pulling the hole onion out of it.. the atmosphere was fantastic the staff was polite…and very much engaged in your table your drink was never left empty without another one appearing…I will definitely come again..and I would recommend to anybody that enjoys good Italian American food.
