Every time I am for extra onions I do not get them! On Big Mac I ask for no pickle and it comes to with with overload of sauce! So much that I can use it on another burger! Tried to call manager every time I had complaint. No one answered and mailbox is not set up… Imagine that… It is a shame to be ignored and not to be able to get what you pay for it to even talk to anyone in authority to talk to!!!! This is my extra onions… Everyone it comes to me this way. That looks like usual amount to me!

Not happy with this McDonalds. I’m not one to do reviews.
but this is the 3rd time my family and I have got to this McDonalds, the last two times we have got missing items from our bags.
This time we are missing two items and the items we did get weren’t right.
The cashier just kept asking, “is that all, is that all is that all” and I’ve worked a McDonalds for 3 years during COVID. She was just rude.
We repeated out order twice and it was still incorrect when we got home. our mistake for not checking the whole bag.
just really disappointed. cause we’re feeding a family of 4 so things missing means someone doesn’t eat/ I have to give up my food.

I ordered two cones at the kiosk and proceeded to pay at the register. The gentleman that took our order was an older white man and was absolutely amazing. He was bagging an order and acknowledged us by letting us know he would be with us in a moment, and when he came over he was so kind. He asked if we would like in a cup and I explained to him that would be really nice. Best service I’ve gotten at a McDonald’s. The area was so clean and the staff were amazing. Will definitely be back.

Most of the time, the food is just not even warm. Its hard to really get a decent meal there. People can be friendly or rude, it just depends on when you go. Most times it seems they dont care how they throw your meal together. At times, I wonder if they stepped on it first.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The service here is appalling. The staff are extremely rude. Waiting over 45 minutes for one meal with no explanation from employees AND the manager as to why it took so long is ridiculous. The lack of care from the MANAGER is laughable. This location needs to clear house and start again.

This McDonald is the sorry excuse of a fast food restaurant it’s ripped me off didn’t get what I ordered when I got home I realized all my food wasn’t there went back the following week to get what I was supposed to get and the manager would not replace the food I didn’t get

Where this place strikes out for me is… well, not exactly the establishment, but rather the customers that come by this location. As sad as this reality is, the simple fact of the matter is that this place attracts some of the creepiest people I’ve ever been acquainted with. I’ve been hit on (at least) twice in the past by complete strangers, and those who didn’t directly interact with me wouldn’t stop staring with a look that made me uncomfortable.
I suggest only going through the drive-thru if you happen to be at this establishment. Don’t go into the dine-in area if you can help it, especially if you’re a younger female. It’s not worth it. I didn’t want to believe the word around the street about this location, but what cemented it for me was personal experience. I can believe the stories of older men inappropriately asking for the numbers of women who are too young for them.
Aside from this one detail, this establishment is fine. There’s a gentleman that works here that’s stern but really cool, Tyrone, I believe his name is. I usually get what I ask for without any problem, and I usually order ahead with the mobile app.
I’ll even argue that this McDonalds has one competitive advantage over the others in the local area: this establishment has a stronger likelihood of having ice cream available.
