I went during the one day sale for $5.00 off of any acai bowl. It was very busy but the employees did an excellent job of keeping up with Playa Bowls excellent quality.

The bowls I ordered took to long to complete. The employee filled an order directly after us which had similar ingredients. Then I had to wait while they blended the ingredient. I then had to go back because the employee forgot to add an essential ingredient. Customer service is not important here.

Very sad how difficult they are to deal with …The app wasn’t working and no way to get help. I called to place an order but they refused to take the order on the phone even if I gave my credit card to pay in advance. They don’t ever try to help or provide a solution – guess they forget customer service is an important part of a successful business. Not only did they lose a huge order today, we will be happy to spend our $50/week obsession elsewhere.;

Fresh, clean, made-to-order acai, banana, coconut, pitaya, green, chia pudding, oatmeal, and so many more things to choose from! (And that’s just bases to pick from!) Everything can be completely custom. It’s always so delicious meaning they get pretty busy with a decent line almost every day but it’s definitely worth the wait. I highly recommend playa bowls Denville! (Or any playa bowls location!)

Usually my go to place for açaí bowls but today was super disappointing. I paid for extra coconut flakes and got half of what would’ve came with to begin with. Little to no Nutella. Not sure I’ll ever order again.

I ordered for 3 Nutelloco- coconut bowl and they blended the coconut juice with banana. Meanwhile l don’t like the smile of banana for me to even taste it and always substitute it with different fruit. They didn’t seek for my consent and when l call them no one is answering.l have to trash all of them because it makes me nauseous and l had driven to Pennslyvania.
