Went through drive through. Not crowded at lunch-time which was nice. This time I ordered a double hamburger. What a great burger! I hadn’t had one in at least 10 years and I forgot how good they are. I ordered a “combo” and with the regular size offering, it was too much food for me. Good quality burger that blows their competition right out of the water. Restuarant is fairly new on SR 101 so I guess not many people know about it yet.

Really awful experience here from the staff, they called our name without all our food being ready so we had to stand there for 5 minutes. The lady who took our order looked like she hated us. They forgot multiple of our items and when we went back in they told us “I bet it’s in one of those bags but here you go” and reluctantly gave us our missing item.

Honestly I usually love Wendy’s but this time sucked. The manager literally was waiting on fries for our order and placed them in the bag…. And then walked away. Leaving me to wait even longer, instead of walking two steps left and calling my name like she did for the customer before me. Not sure why I’m singled out and left to wait but , who knows. My fries and nuggets were cold, only reason my dads fries were hot is because they ran out. Place looked unclean and we won’t be back. Has gone down hill.

Didn’t feel the cleanest. Cashier charged for two fries but we only said one. Order called up for me, and had to ask for frosties to be made – one of which was made incorrectly. Some of fries were a little cold. Everyone seemed extremely robotic.

drive-through was closed. Went inside placed my order. Double combo with everything except mustard and ketchup. Pulled out, started up the road on the interstate and found my sandwich covered in ketchup with no tomato. Second Wendy’s I’ve stopped at tonight that has been messed up.
