The food is very good, we ordered normal burger, fried chicken burger, chicken tenders for kids a hot dog, sodas and a concrete like a milkshake Excellent

Ordered a large milkshake…the wait time for one item was too long. The total for my order was $6.56…the cashier only gave me $0.30 back in change. Even though this is a small amount, it should have been given back! The milkshake was a little thick, but good!

Were delicious 10 out of 10 must try again. The only down side is they may need to add a little color on the staff side it seems like an all white establishment, this may scare some folks from eating there. But everyone was really nice.

Googled for a place to have lunch and came across Freddy’s. We were pleasantly surprised at how good the food was. We had the smash burger, onion rings, grilled chicken sandwich, fries, kids meal and brownie custard. Everything tasted delicious. Staff that took our order at the counter was polite. The booth unfortunately had a sticky table and seats but otherwise generally clean.

Friendly, hospitable customer service. Very clean, bright restaurant. My steakburger was made just as ordered and really good. And ordered a half and half milkshake. Really good but too thick with a straw so had to eat with a spoon. Overall everything was great.

They have the BEST crews in the ENTIRE fast food industry! The service you’ll receive here is comparable to a family-owned or high-end restaurant.

Like any service industry, you can’t get perfection 100% of the time, but these folks certainly do their best to ALWAYS hit 100% and they make it right when it’s not.

I would warn you that if you have high blood pressure, request that your fries be made without salt because the fries are EXTREMELY SALTY!!!
Overall the restaurant is Awesome.

The cleanest fast food restaurant I have ever seen. I was amazed by the cleanliness and the kindness of the staff. The food was top tier!! If you are in Spanish Fort area this restaurant is a must!! Thank you for showing me that there are people who still care about cleanliness and quality food!!

My wife and I were running some errands and were looking for something to eat when we came across Freddy’s and decided to give them a try. I ordered the Bacon and Cheese Double Steakburger Combo with fries and my wife ordered the Single Cheese Steakburger with Onion Rings. Despite our order I received a Double Steakburger with cheese. Despite the mix up, my wife and I enjoyed our meals. The fries are some of the thinnest shoestring style fries that I’ve ever had but they were tasty. The portion sizes were decent and the prices reasonable. Overall, our experience was enjoyable. I’m not sure I would go out of my way for another visit but if I’m in the area, I wouldn’t hesitate.

I came through the drive through last night. I was in a hurry. You know, rush, rush, rush. The tots was OK. You know they are tots. Nothing special. Didn’t expect anything else. Then my steak burger. I would have brought it back. But I was to far away and not enough time. I think the salt shake lid must have came off on my sandwich. I only could take 1 bite. But I had to suck my drink down to try to get rid of the taste. It was awful.
