I wanted to update my rating. This McDonald’s has gotten better but still no drink refills on your own. You have to ask mostly because of people that are homeless taking soda.

Continously judged & treated like a 2nd class citizen. Management is also quite bigoted in their values & handling of customers. Example: I’ve been a paying customer for close to a decade W/out incident however due to my choice to wear a backpack the general consensus is that im homeless & therefore not alotted the privilege to PAY FOR MY FOOD nor worthy of basic dignified respectful communication that any stranger on the street deserves in my opinion. So in a nutshell: poor review & dont subject yourselves to the McDonald’s on Fulton discrimination and lack of courthouses

First time dropping by to eat at this McDonald’s location and I am very disappointed by the amount of homeless people that comes in without buying anything. The fault smells just overwhelmed the area making dining in experience very unpleasant. The foods are over cooked and dry.

Today’s experience was extremely disappointing.
I ordered the McDonaldland Meal for kids, along with breakfast and coffee. Unfortunately:

there was a fly floating in my coffee,

the meal was missing the promised souvenir card, which is clearly advertised on the poster (see photo).

On top of that, I had to order extra burgers, ice cream, and milkshakes just to make up for the situation.

Very dissatisfied with the service and lack of attention to detail. I truly hope McDonald’s will take this feedback seriously and improve the quality of customer service.

I ordered a big mac deal with a Sundae from the app and ordered table service. It was taking a bit longer I noticed and so I went to the counter. They had my meal bagged and waiting for me to be picked up. I told them it was for here and they took it out and placed it on a tray and gave it to me. I took a bite of the big Mac and it was cold so was the fries so I sent it back and the redone the order and placed it in the same package it in came in I didn’t care and just ate my food and my melted sundae. I cleaned off the table and threw away my trash near the exit and went over to the counter to get a refill on my soda. The manager refused my refill. This was retaliation on me for returning my cold food. Shame on McDonalds and shame on the Manager.

Food was okay, similar to all McDonald branches. Despite their promotion, they told they do not have any Monopoly barcodes, and when I went to dine in, some of the customers’ food contained the barcode. I asked them again for another order that I made and they said that they do not have barcodes available. I still have no idea why I was treated this way. Poor management!!

FOOD TAMPERING…..I came thru the drive thru at around 345pm post on December 4 2021. Ordered a Mc rib combo. I parked in the lot to eat. I took a bite and the food tasted rancid/sour. The sandwich was upside-down in the box. I turned it over and the top bun was molded. See photos. I went inside to see the manager and some employees were saying, “What did he do now?” I guess he was giving customers molded food now for drive thru orders. I think my order number was 116. Paid with credit card.

Found a deep fried acrylic nail in my fries today… called the store to let them know just for them to replace my fry with a large… but the best part it was the managers nail that fell off in the fries… foul…..
