Every time I’ve gone to this location so far for the past 3 years it has been clean for a McDonald’s. The customer service has been good. They pay close attention to details in your order (ex: extra salts on items/customization, & etc). They are great.

Every time I go here, they park me, despite pre-ordering with plenty of advance time. This is good for their numbers, but terrible for my experience. I’ve been parked for over 15 minutes now and am on a time sensitive lunch break. Furthermore, even though there’s a “condiments” section on the app, the staff ignores this in the order everytime. They intentionally skimp on condiments to save money, despite their over priced menu for what is largely synthetic food. Just inexcusable all around.

I ordered curbside, sat for waiting for a long while, ended up walking in to check in. Upon receiving my order I dashed home, only to find out it wasn’t my order. It was significantly less food than I had paid for. And it was cold.
The phone number for this location is an out of state cell phone, which when called states “the person you called is unavailable.” I dialed several times and received the same message.
I eventually got through (to a real human!), and the person on the phone acknowledged that they knew that I never received my correct order, but said that they wouldn’t adjust or refund me for what I was charged yet didn’t receive. They required me to drive back to get my order, or my money back, in person. They said they aren’t “authorized” to provide a credit.
What I find ironic is that I definitely received SOMEONE’s order. So they screwed me AND someone else. Bravo, well done.
Do yourself a favor and skip this location. You may get what you ordered,. but honestly, based upon my experience, it’s more likely you won’t. This location provides more frustration than satisfaction, and they assume zero responsibility or accountability for their own mistakes. You get what you get, don’t be upset.
This is a very poor example of the McDonald’s customer care standard. There are better McDonalds locations nearby in both N. Bethesda and Derwood. There’s also a 24hr Wendy’s nearby. In short, you have options other than this place. A quick Internet search can steer you to better options.
Save your money, and time, and go elsewhere.

I’ve had multiple uncomfortable experiences at this location that made me feel unwelcome. On a previous visit, I briefly stepped away from my table to pick up another item I had just purchased at the counter. My laptop was open and in use, clearly showing I intended to return. When I came back moments later, everything on my tray had been discarded without any warning. On a separate occasion, my second order was placed on the tray in a rough and dismissive manner by the same staff member, which felt unnecessarily hostile. I’m not looking for special treatment—just basic respect and professionalism. Repeated experiences like this create an unpleasant atmosphere.

Came here for breakfast to dine in, and I’m honestly not sure what happened today because this place is usually good. The staff never brought our food to the table, even though we had a table number.
I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit, but the biscuit was slightly undercooked, a little too doughy, and falling apart. When I mentioned it, they told me this is normal and I would have to special request that the biscuit be cooked more. They said everything is on a timer. That honestly just confused me.
I’ve been eating at McDonald’s for 30+ years and get a biscuit once in a while, and I don’t remember them ever being this undercooked before. Could it be me?? So confused. 2 stars.

The thing about McDonald’s is it’s always consistent which is truly a sign of a well oiled establishment.
I am unashamed to admit that I have been to this location multiple times and at various times throughout the day – lunch, dinner, 1am snack run and this location is clean and the staff is always quick and friendly.
Since they are open 24 hours and offer free WiFi, there tends to be “stragglers” hanging out in the late evening hours / early morning but they are quiet and keep to themselves.
Food is always reliably good, especially for those 1am French fry cravings 🙂

I always order the Swimmy McMoo (pictured) which is fish filet and quarter pound her. This is an off menu item and is deciduous. This McDonalds is new and shines like a beacon in the night. I love this place ❤️

No way I almost missed my entire lunch break because they failed to bring me my food after ordering curbside. My fries aren’t even fresh anymore. Like nothing was up to standard. And you had to girls up front just giggling and talking. I’m not even the only curbside customer who had to go inside. Don’t promote being fast because this location is far from it.
