I cannot rave ENOUGH about this place!! Food is ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS…and the staff have all been INCREDIBLE every time I visit one. I purchased the number one lunch and dinner combo which consisted of a cheeseburger and fries and a small chocolate shake. I was not disappointed in the quality of the food , friendliness of the cashier and how quickly I received my meal. The dining room is clean. The restrooms are clean. Overall great experience

How embarrassing. That’s my review this evening. We frequent this braums and it’s normally pretty good service but tonight the young woman at the food window was completely hateful. We have a large family and order a large amount, at least 7 combos every time. We asked for a drink carrier and she said “if we had any I would’ve already put them in carriers, bad night to come through and order a lot of drinks.” Umm well okay should I spend my money for those drinks somewhere else? Then she forgot one and began to argue with my extremely friendly and polite husband that she already gave us the one in question and we counted… out loud for her to see she had in fact not. My husband was very gracious to her and thanked her and wished her a good night, the tone in the young ladies voice suggested she did not in fact wish us the same. I really think it’s time for some re training in your employees customer service.

Great food and ice cream, not the cheapest place for groceries but they are top quality. The specials are great and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I wish we had Brains closer to home, 1200 miles is a ways to got for a burger and shake.

Was driving through Cushing yesterday and stopped in here to eat. Braums has the best hamburgers and ice cream but I got the Strawberry poppyseed grilled chicken salad. The staff was really nice and helpful.

Probably one of the dirtiest nastiest Braum’s I have visited.. I wouldn’t feed my dog food from this place! The ice machine literally has mold growing on the end of it every surface in this place is covered in nasty sticky residue it’s obvious no one cleans anything the bathrooms make a 3rd world prison bathrooms look good! The manager should be ashamed of themselves!

Wish they did not remove the omelet bagels from menu. It was by far the best thing they made. They always had to make them to order. The regular breakfast bagels, the bacon and eggs are usually over cooked because they are pre-made and kept heated.
