First time I did delivery a few days ago and it got my order, but when I finally went to eat it, it wasn’t even the right size. I ordered a footlong and it was smaller than a bottle pf MTN Dew. This was just the first time, but I would really like for this to not happen again. They are good.

Very poor customer service and everytime we go there here lately the employees have a bad attitude and start slamming things around or just walk off and leave their coworkers to handle rush hour on their own. The food is great and usually fresh but if you ask for your bread to be heated then most likely the edges are going to be burned. The atmosphere is good but I gave it a 4 because the last time I went there was trash all in the floor and the tables didn’t look clean.

There was no line or any other customer in the store. I stood there for a long time, and wasn’t even greeted as two employees worked on one order together. Finally, after standing there for almost 5 minutes, someone finally said something to me. She said they had to finish this order before serving me. Which would be fine, if there were not two employees there. I stood there a little while longer, without being served and finally walked out.

Most of the time, the food is okay. But, I’ve had some very ugly experiences here. Most recently, I ordered my food on the app, it charged my bank account 3 times ….I called the store and the lady I spoke with said they didn’t receive the order just to tell her what all was on it and they would make it and have it ready for me when I arrived. Once getting there, they had no clue what I was talking about and none of them spoke to me on the phone …….Needless to say, I paid for my food a 4TH time. I did however receive refunds for the other 3 several days later…….

Went in to get a sandwich nothing was coming out right.. and meat was falling out of the sandwich and the lady was putting it back in. I’m not eating food that fell on the container. Bad service never going back

When we do online ordering there is always something wrong either they dont have the item in stock or never got it made they advertise bottled drinks on the site and this location has no bottled drinks will be going to Jimmy Johns for our subs from now on
