I ordered a jr bacon biggie meal with a side of 10 nuggets. They were rude when I went to pick it up. The entire interior had trash on the floor and tables and was dirty even though it wasn’t busy at all and they had staff.
The burger was cold and the cheese was not melted, how does that even happen? You would think that eventually the heat lamp would have melted the cheese but no just cold and disgusting. The nuggets were undercooked too, all 14 of them. The only thing that was edible was the fries and they hardly put any in the bag. I left feeling sick and extremely dissatisfied. I even got a discount and still felt ripped off. How was that worth ten dollars? That wouldn’t even have been worth 5 dollars.
This location has been consistently disappointing. I don’t understand how a Wendy’s in such a prominent location can be this awful. But clearly judging from the lack of traffic inside and in the drive thru, people are coming to the same realization as I am. What used to be a decent Wendy’s is now an illustration of how to run a fast food restaurant entirely the wrong way. Will not be coming back.

Do not visit this location! Food is not safe , got a stomach virus. Employees are rude, do not care for food quality. Long wait times for food 15 plus minutes empty restaurant and car lane empty. They don’t provide receipts, napkins or straws for my order.

ALL Wendy’s locations are extremely inconsistent with how they serve the Chocolate cold foam coffees. The sizes, the cups they use, and the recipes are always different for the same drink that i always order! Also, the employee gave me the completely wrong drink this time- this is a caramel drink, not chocolate.

Walked in and waited 5 minutes to be served. I was the ONLY person there and no one at the drive through. Employees just stared at me and did not come over to take my order. Also, many of the menu items were blacked out saying not available.

Very weird experience today through drive through. I ordered my food then she said something I didn’t understand underneath her breathe then I pulled up to the window and she says their no barbecue sauce then I say give me any other sauce and gives me barbecue saying oh look at that we have one then to finish it off I opened the bag and one is bitten off from. The food was hot but very weird experience.
