Musashi is one of those hidden gems that keeps you coming back. From the moment you walk in, you can tell this is a true family-run business where pride and passion go into everything they do.
The real star of the show is Tiger, the owner and teppanyaki chef. His skills on the grill are next level — entertaining, precise, and full of energy. You’re not just getting a meal, you’re getting an experience. Watching him work the teppan while interacting with guests makes the night fun for everyone at the table.
The food was absolutely on point. The scallops were perfectly cooked and buttery, the shrimp had great flavor, and the steak was tender and juicy. The fried rice tied everything together and was easily one of the best parts of the meal — flavorful and cooked just right.

Best Hibachi in Vegas and not far off the strip! The additional sauces made fresh in the grill to add to the yum-yum were amazing!! What a delicious difference and improvement over simple teriyaki or yum-yum sauce. The chef made a fired sesame seed and garlic butter sauce that was so good. Ricky our server was super cool. The sushi was also good as was the soup and the salad had an apple ginger dressing!

Hands down the best all around hibachi I have had. The show, the well seasoned food along with the amazing array of sauces (most made on the grill), the fresh quality of everything, the welcoming atmosphere and energy. I was not expecting such an amazing experience. Will definitely be back.

We were sat at a table with a Bachelorette party and the vibe was AMAZING. Our chef was so energetic and humorous. So many phalic food shapes, inuendos, jokes, and laughs. They had the bride do a phalic beer bong. And the food was AMAZING. So many sauces, the meat was cooked and seasoned perfectly, the fried rice was delicious, beef soup so good. Only a 15 minute wait. Will come back!

We had an amazing time at this restaurant. The chef was the highlight of our visit! I’ve been to a few hibachi places, but none quite like this one. He was hilarious, friendly, and able to connect with each of us, even though we all came from different backgrounds.
Long story short: definitely visit this restaurant—I highly recommend it. We would absolutely come again!

Went here on a trip to Vegas celebrating my aunt’s birthday. The hibachi chef was pretty entertaining but overall the food was not worth the price. Chicken was $30 and to have fried rice on the side was an extra $6. I understand it’s Las Vegas and everything is inflated, but it was still a little underwhelming. Maybe I had too high expectations, but it was definitely edible food with some showmanship. Also I wasn’t a fan of the general smell in the restaurant. Love the staff and the attention they showed to keeping up with us but the food simply wasn’t worth the price.

This is seriously one of the best dining experiences in Las Vegas. Every single person who works here truly makes it fun. I’ve had the pleasure of having Tiger a few times now and his food gets better everytime I have it. Definitely recommend coming here for dinner! 10/10!!
