I’ve been highly disappointed the last 3 times I’ve come here. My food is ALWAYS rotten. All you need to do is look at it and you would know better than to serve this to someone. I will be going to another location since this has been a constant.

I received my order and the bag had LOSER written on the side of it! Completely unprofessional and just rude! My food was also made wrong. My sister drove from Las Vegas to Idaho and brought this on the way so it can even be fixed. I was so excited for this meal. I will say after I called to complain and the manager was also upset by the behavior and issued a refund.

Portions are smaller than they used to be and prices are higher (they give you like 4 small florets of broccoli and then charge you extra for a few more). In general, the food is mid. I recommend finding somewhere else to spend money

Also a note to whoever designs the receipt surveys, making portions smaller while keeping pricing the same is not something people actually want – why would that be your first option for “what would make you go here more?”

I door dashed from this location. They didn’t fill my soup, but even worse they balled up my grill cheese. I had to unball it just to get the wrapper off. It was well beyond smashed in transit, as the box was fine, someone smashed my grilled cheese into a ball 🙁

Found a live bug in my wife’s protein bowl. Then checked my chicken pesto sandwich and found large hairs in it.

This restaurant has good food on the healthier side, and for a very reasonable price!

This restaurant offers three kinds of main dishes: soups, sandwiches, and protein bowls. The Mediterranean Chicken sandwich was amazing, but not very filling. I ended up getting the golden curry bowl after my sandwich. It was much more filling, but I didn’t like the taste as much (I would say it was more sweet but less salty and sour). The moral of the story is, you should probably get a protein bowl if you want a substantial meal.

The apple cup is just eh. They sprinkle cinnamon and nuts on it, which I love. But when the caramel cools down, it solidifies into what is basically large pieces of caramel-flavored milk chocolate, which I don’t like so much.

Every meal comes with a chocolate-dipped strawberry!

The staff are super friendly. The restaurant is clean. It is a relaxed and very welcoming atmosphere.

Don’t waste your time. Sandwiches are tiny, salad has like 3 tiny pieces of meat and the rest is lettuce (how possibly could that be 35g of protein as advertised). Service is very slow. Go to aubergine, or vessel for better food.

I have never seen management do worse at food. I used to work at the Jamba next to it and I would never excuse this. I paid 17 dollars for a nourish bowl that lacked any chicken and cauliflower, and the bits of cauliflower provided are barely roasted. Along with the sweet potatoes. I ordered extra sweet potatoes and barely got enough for the initial serving i paid for. They barely sprinkled any cheese and pistachios. Presentation was awful and there was nothing I could do it was a huge online group order. Again. There were maybe 2 pieces of chicken there is definitely not “28 grams” of protein in here. I love zupas I have been eating here for years so I know the problem isn’t zupas it’s this location and management. I can’t afford to pay for a 20 dollar bowl to be hungry after due to lack of food. pathetic !

Decent place to come sit down with friends, one of the workers did have a little attitude towards my acquaintance but overall, the rest of the staff was very nice & cheerful— asking about my day & such, which I appreciate. I got the chicken noodle soup & it was pretty good, the chocolate cake was decent, but I still ate it up!

Wedding Catering Disaster !!! Order placed well over a month ago for my daughter’s wedding at the Capital only to have NO food delivered. Appointment 5pm, I called at 5:15 they said person was there delivering now, 5:45 still no delivery so I called, they said they called multiple times at 5:30 saying payment hasn’t been made (even though card was on file and plenty of credit). I asked “well let’s fix this” and their reply was “we can’t take payment over the phone you will have to come in”. I reminded “I’m at my daughter’s wedding!!!” I asked “have you been prepared the food” and they said “no”. Nothing added up. We can only assess they didn’t want to fill the order being valentines evening. Why wait until 5:30 to call with an issue. Why not tell me when I called at 5:15 there was an issue. Why tell me they called multiple times when there is only one call. Why not realized this is creating a wedding disaster for us. THIS LOCATION DOESN’T TAKE THEIR CATERING SERIOUS.
