Excellent experience today. I was here a few days ago and it was not good at all. Today, I couldn’t ask for anything better. They were out of a certain item I ordered but quickly replaced it with an option of my choosing. They were very apologetic. The rest of the food was better than the pictures! Awesome turn around! Very professional and engaging!

Just got a quarter pounder with cheese, no onion, large fry, and a coke. They did not remove onions, glad I just dislike onions and am not allergic. Couldn’t even eat burger as it wasn’t even cooked. It also was really goopy in texture. Would not be recommending this mcdonalds to anyone. Not worth the time to go back to complain, but i do feel robbed.

Door says dining room open till 10, Online they are open till 11 and have a separate section for drive through hours. And still close 30 minutes early (or earlier judging by the fact I got there with a locked door at 9:30pm). I picked counter pick up before I knew this and instead of maybe letting me show up at the door to tell me to go to the drive through at the least for good customer service, they cancel my order and now after more than 3 tries, I am unable to put in my order online. Make it make sense. Multiple customers are coming up to a locked door and it isn’t even 10pm yet. You’re losing money because of laziness.

Went through the drive thru waited 25 minutes and when they finally came to the window they forcefully handed us our food and tried to give us our drink with it half empty. We asked to get it filled more and the window operator rolled his eyes and filled it up to where it was suppose to be and then forcefully handed the drink back to us. The only good thing about this experience was the person taking the order and payment he was very nice other than that very horrible experience. Might want to get better employees who know to fill a drink to the top.

When you go to a McDonald’s restaurant, you know what you’re getting as far as the food. The only thing that distinguishes one from another is the level of service you receive from the staff that works there. I visit a number of McDonald’s restaurants on a fairly regular basis. This one, I avoid at all costs, even though it is the closest McDonald’s to my house. The service I have received here has been among the worst service of any McDonald’s anywhere.
