Two stars for sandwiches only. Literally. The sandwiches were hot and fresh and we received what we ordered. The fries were cold, limp and unsalted.

I ordered two sodas: Coke Zero and Dr. Pepper. I received two Dr. Peppers instead.

When I tried to have additional toppings on one sandwich, I got a nasty attitude from the young woman saying “You get Mayo, lettuce and tomato. What ELSE do you want?”

At the drive/thru window, at least four workers were clustered around watching YouTube videos.

I asked for a drink tray and was ignored.

This place is not worth $27 for 2 combos and extra sandwich. We won’t be back.

I literally just left Wendy’s for the second time today. Got my food, got home, I guess it’s my fault for not checking the bag. Almost 32$ in food and they forgot my sandwichs. Went back to Wendy’s, explained to the lady what happened, she yells back “Excuse me?!, she said she didn’t get her sandwichs!” Almost 45 minutes later I have my sandwichs. No one apologized, didn’t offer me fresh fries since my fries are going to be ice cold by the time I get home. It really seems like the crew up there tonight loves their job.

Stopped in after traveling for our kids game and we left happy and fully served. The staff was great and very attentive to our order and needs. When we travel that way again we will be sure to stop in again.

CAUTION WOMEN GOING TO BATHROOM HERE!!!
I came to use bathroom and get a drink on Feb. 20th around 1pm I started to walk into bathroom to be meet by a male coming out that works there. Now if you was cleaning the bathroom the wet floor sign in the lady’s bathroom it place between the door frame. When I went to the larger bathroom the toilet seat way up which was nice but also proved that my thoughts was correct that he been in here to use bathroom. I came out got my drink notified the person at the register that look to be a manager see looked over the young guy cleaning the windows on door she just said sorry. That at least something, but my safety and others in needs to be addressed with more than that.
HELLO!! THIS IS THE LADY’S BATHROOM NOT THE MEN’S.
Safety concerns is a DEFINITE PROBLEM.

Current staffing cannot handle orders correctly. I ordered a 4 piece tender combo and they gave me a 4 piece nugget combo while charging me for the tenders. I advise to avoid this location until it has been staffed with competent employees.

Would give zero and negative stars if I could. Can cooperate do something about this and this man. He’s in the restaurant each and everyday and I’m under the impression he sleeps here overnight. I’m concerned about a Wendy’s employee I’ve observed sleeping overnight at a location I frequent. I believe this may be illegal, and I’d like to express my dissatisfaction and seek clarification on the situation.
It’s unsettling to see an employee consistently sleeping during their shift. I’m not sure if he’s homeless or what the situation is.

This raises several concerns for me:
* Health and Safety: Is the employee well? Are they experiencing exhaustion or burnout? Could their sleeping pose a safety hazard in the event of an emergency?
* Customer Service: How can a sleeping employee adequately serve customers or maintain a clean and safe environment?
* Labor Laws: Is this situation compliant with labor laws regarding rest breaks and working conditions?
I hope Wendy’s management and corporate will address this issue promptly and ensure the well-being of their employees while maintaining a professional and safe environment for customers.

Where to even start with this place. They get the order wrong so often it’s actually embarrassing how incompetent these people are. I was kept waiting for my food for about 15 minutes (no, there was no line and it was not a large order) before they came out with only half the order, and even the 10 piece nugget was wrong with only 5 inside but of course I don’t realize that until I get home. I purposefully order nuggets because I figure it’s that much harder to get the order wrong by avoiding customization of a burger. Low and behold we can’t even count to 10 it seems.

When I go inside to speak to them to correct my order nobody apologizes for the inconvenience and actually have the audacity to be abrasive with me. This place desperately needs real leadership with a manager who understands how to run a kitchen and holds his staff accountable. I don’t care if it’s fast food. If I’m spending my money on these meals when they cost as much as they do can you please READ the order on the screen and PLACE the food in the bag. I’d say give this place a chance in a few more months, but it seems either this location likes losing business or the hiring process is about as low of a bar to pass as it gets. But it’s Wendy’s, so maybe my expectations are too high for people to be able to do the bare minimum.

Will not be returning and will be sure to let others know to avoid this place and visit competitors.

When we had received our order, they had no carbonated drinks. This is the 2nd time in a row I’ve gone too fast food and they haven’t had soda. The line was forever being 15-20 minutes. The potato was overcooked. The skin was bad, and it was distasteful. The burger was okay.

Will not come here for some time. Arby’s is better than this.
