Decent steakhouse in the heart of West Chester. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff that were attentive, but gave us room to talk. As starters we tried the black and white tuna, as well as the burrata which was a bit underwhelming. I ordered the Cowboy Ribeye Steak which was cooked to a spot on, medium rare and had a nice sear on it. They have some nice side dish options with plenty to choose from. And the desert selection is pretty varied. We tried the cheese cake and the chocolate tort. They definitely hit the fancy Valentines day theme with the deserts but were just average in taste. Overall, I’m glad I gave it a try. May give it another try.

Stopped into Pietro’s Prime for lunch during jury duty after hearing good things, but left disappointed. The place feels outdated and not what you’d expect from a restaurant with upscale pricing.

I had the roast beef sandwich—just okay for $18. The horseradish lacked kick, the provolone was mild, and the au jus tasted like plain broth. On the plus side, the sautéed spinach was really good.

Service started friendly, but after saying she’d be right back for my dessert order, my server disappeared for 20 minutes. No apology—just blamed a “large table,” which didn’t make sense. By then, I wasn’t in the mood for dessert.

They also don’t offer a military discount. Overall, not impressed enough to return for the more expensive menu items.

From the moment we walked in, we knew we were in for a special evening. The hostess was so kind to us, even though we changed our reservations multiple times.
The ambiance was perfect – elegant yet comfortable.
Our server, Brian, was a true professional. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, offered excellent recommendations, and provided attentive, but not intrusive, service. The steaks were, of course, the star of the show. Cooked to absolute perfection, tender, and full of flavor. The blue cheese, garlic butter sauce on top of my sliced fillet was everything .. also a shout out for the lobster mac and cheese and most importantly, dessert… Their homemade peanut butter pie is truly a slice of heaven. Every aspect of our dining experience was top-notch, and Brian’s exceptional service elevated it even further. Visiting from New York City, so our food expectations are pretty high and I say with confidence that our expectations were exceeded.
We can’t wait to return!

Went for an anniversary dinner. The food was excellent. My steak was cooked perfectly. Our server, Gabriel, was fantastic. He was attentive, extremely nice, and knew the menu well. Would definitely ask for him when we go back!

The service was good and the food was salty. Not sure what happened there. We were there later than usual for lunch and it was extremely slow to order and get our food and even our check. Nice service but just slow pace. Nice atmosphere downtown. Not the best lobster bisque which was disappointing. The bread on the sandwiches were soggy when received so really didn’t like the texture and taste at first bite.

Hubby booked reservations for a date night while in the WC area for something else. He did not miss with this one! It was pretty crowded for a Tuesday evening but still held a great date night ambiance. Isabelle was our server, she was excellent! Very sweet & attentative. We started off with the best martini’s we ever had. Guess it’s called a Martini Bar for good reason. We had the Nina, extra dirty, and the French Manhattan. We had two each but you really only need one. 🙂 We started off with their Burrata over Sundried Tomatoes & Red Pesto with Naan bread. Amazing!! I could snack on that every day! For dinner, we had the Cajun Delmonico Steak with a side of Garlic Butter saucen Chilean Sea Bass with Lobster Mac & Cheese & Maple Bacon Brussel Sprouts. Every item hit!!! Will absolutely come back!!

We had a fantastic time at Pietro’s Prime. The food is amazing and their martinis are delicious. The Nina (dirty martini) was made perfectly! For appetizers, we had the special burrata over sundried tomato pesto with a balsamic glaze drizzled on top, then we also ordered the fried calamari and the cheesesteak pazotti. For dinner, twin lobster tails, filet mignon and their special entree North Atlantic wolffish. For sides, we opted for the lobster mac & cheese, sauteed spinach, steak frites and onion rings. The service was fantastic, we were well attended to throughout our meal. We would definitely return!

The atmosphere of the place was nice. It had the right amount of busy for a Friday. We were glad that were able to get some great seats at the start of the night. The service was good and our waitress was nice. The seasoned drinks were good for a party of 2. Called oh snap to match the fall season trends with blood orange gin and ginger beer. As someone who is more of a wine person rather than beer, it was tarte but in a good way. The apple cider vinegar and shallot mignonette sauce matched the essence of the oysters. The crab cakes were good. The only problem was our steak which missed a little finesse especially since it was well done instead of medium well done.

All in all it was a good fall festive experience.

For a “fine dining” restaurant the value and quality of the food was horrendous, cocktails flavorless, service was lacking, and the atomsphere felt more like a sports bar than a steakhouse.

Hostess never greeted us when we arrived just handed the other hostess menus and told her to take us to (table) 42. Second hostess asked us if we were celebrating anything and when we told her we were she clearly didn’t listen and just responded with ” oh just life in general!” So we got dropped at a tiny cramped table and left.

The waiter was adaquate but a little over the top in praising our menu choices.

We as a couple in our mid thirty’s had to ask for a cocktail and wine menu. The cocktails we ordered were watered down so heavily as to be nearly flavorless. My margarita being just a vaguely citrusy water.

The food was terrible. My pork cowboy was way over cooked (asked for medium+ got well done) and so heavily salted that it was all you could taste. My girlfriend ‘s salmon was undercooked and slightly fishy. The lobster mac was extremely fishy. Honestly the only well made part of the meal was the popcorn shrimp appetizer. We ended up having to eat our meals because we were hungry and the waiter took forever to come and check on how our food was.

It was also extremely loud in the dining area as the noise from the bar was horrendous with people shouting and screaming throughout the meal.

Ultimately for the $200 we spent on our meals, I wouldn’t bother coming back, nor could I recommend this restaurant to others. There are far better options available locally for a fraction of the price.
