I was here on Saturday 9/27/2025 around 630pm. The young lady behind the counter was extremely patient with me and my kids and our indecisiveness. When the drink machine in the lobby was out of a drink my daughter wanted, this same person filled it up for her with the machine by the drive through window, something they did for a different customer before us. Another customer came in after this, they acknowledged her and let her know they’d be with her in a moment. They were putting together a big order. This lady wasn’t happy about it. When they were ready to take her order all she wanted to do was chew them out. The staff was extremely patient yet again. The whole incident ended with this lady walking out in a huff with her two children. The Wendy’s staff was professional, and this particular customer was out of line.

I had a good experience here today. The service was excellent. The staff was attentive and accommodating. The food was made fast, and it tasted fresh.
Also, the restaurant was kept clean.

I ordered a baconator combo with no American cheese. After I arrived home and took a bite, I knew something was wrong with my food. It did not taste like a baconator. I opened it up and discovered that it was a double hamburger with extra pickles, lettuce, onion, and ketchup. Not even CLOSE to a baconator with no cheese.

The drive through was a little bit slow. However, I appreciate the food being freshly cooked and not handed something quickly. That’s been sitting there all day, so I’ll take a slow drive through and fresh food over a fast drive through and old food.Any day!

It wasn’t busy but our fries were old and cold. People working drive thru was friendly. Burger was ok. Not great. Seems as the the prices keep going up and the product keeps going down.

I love the service! The cashier was nice and polite! He organized the hamburgers in one row, fries in one row, and arranged the condiments in separate colors (one sweet and sour, one honey mustard, and so on)❤️❤️❤️
The restroom floor is clean, and the dining area is clean, too!

They were rude and were very impatient with me when going through the drive through even though there was only one person in front of me. They messed up my order, I didn’t get any bacon on my bacon cheeseburger, gave me ranch even though I asked specifically for no ranch. Mixed up my nuggets and sauces. Overall it was disappointing to realize nothing was correct.
