I usually don’t write reviews, but I thought I would write this one, today i went and got my favorite salad from my favorite Wendy’s, well, I ordered my salad and then drove home and got there and found out that I didn’t have my my dressing and my pecans. I then got back in my car and drove back to my favorite.Wendy’s only to be disrespected by the an employee at the drive through window, it was very uncalled for the way I was treated when I asked to get my dressing, and pecans, I guess they thought I was lying… you would have thought that the worker had to pay for it ! My suggestion is to take that worker off the window and have nothing to do with customer care service, that worker probably should be working in the back of the store washing dishes or mopping floors! Or maybe even take a class on how to treat customers when they are being served….. My message to everyone is don’t take your personal problems out on customers. Just be kind to others, that mean you no harm!

The experience was pleasant overall. It’s a simple fast-food joint with decent service. While the nuggets were just okay and didn’t stand out, the customer service was exceptionally warm and cheerful, adding to the positive atmosphere of the visit.

Carpet is like out of a dog pound,(filthy) booths broke and dangerous. Fountain machines have been broke for many many months. Place full of grease from grilling. Employees are like from a prison movie,dirty. Food was just slapped together so bad it is falling apart. This place is empty at 6:37 pm while waiting lines in all other restaurants in town. That should be enough to alert even the worst management

The drive through older lady taking orders was super rude unprofessional & rushed you like if there was a long line. When y’all are the only ones in the drive through. Barely let you get a word in before yelling through the intercom “what else” then still getting the order wrong when you repeated it more then three times. These two lady’s at the window had no patience and no professionalism or class.

I went through the drive through at 11PM. The young lady was friendly and the food was fresh. Crispy fries and the chili was perfect. This might be my new late night fast food spot.

Their Chicken nuggets are the best! Gluten free options available for burgers. Staff is kind and order was down quickly. The inside needs an update but it’s nice and clean.

I ordered a baconator fries and this is what the MANAGER (a man) gave me. No BACON, fried were cold n the cheese wasn’t even melted !!!!! N they served this to a customer (me)!!!! How embarrassing for Wendy’s that this is what the service and their food looks like when they serve it to the customer! I hope this gets to the right people so that some attention would come to this place. So sad! In other places the Wendy’s is my fav! This place is a joke
