DO NOT GO HERE! I frequently get Oreo McFlurry’s & I always order extra oreo’s. There were a few crumbs of oreo’s & that was it. I drove back through & was told they would make me a new one. Got to window & showed my McFlurry & the said “that has oreo’s in it” I told him I ordered extra. He said their machine doesn’t put out that much. See my picture! What kind of service is that? I have never been treated so rude! I will NEVER be returning to this restaurant & neither will my kids or grandkids! Obviously they could care less! Way to ruin a tired old nurses evening. Very disappointed McDonalds.

Food was hot and fresh when we got it. It unfortunately didn’t stay that way long as it is SO COLD in this place I left my coat and hat on and wished I had gloves. Pretty much every table needs cleaned. Drive thru was busy but there was only one other person inside with us. Good music but not enough of a distraction from freezing to death. TURN THE HEAT UP!

This McDonald’s is located in NW Omaha just Southwest of 168th St and West Maple. Very nice and clean, including the restrooms . Basically the standard McDonald’s menu items . Friendly and helpful staff very courteous . The only slight drawback is access. But well worth the little extra maneuvering Today I tried the $5 value meal it will fill you up plenty of parking available and wheelchair ♿️ accessible ramp

I am a fan of the old school McDonalds interior so the new style is pretty bland and boring. The food was hot. Got the Adult Happy Meal. It was a little pricey but I enjoyed the nostalgic theme. The shake was delicious.

Every time I go and order thru the drive-thru or even on the app. I’m always missing 1 or 3 items and have to walk in the lobby and tell the cashier i didn’t get my whole order in the drive-thru.

I’ve been coming here for a while now and I’m super disappointed. I ordered 2 Big Macs and they gave me mayonnaise instead of big Mac sauce? I ordered late because I worked all day and I feel like it was intentionally done because of the time I ordered. I never get pickles or lettuce but I should get Big Mac sauce at the very least. Very very upset. Picture for proof
9.19 is when I went in again and I got my regular. This time there wasn’t mayo on my big Mac but only one patty… for Both of my Big Macs. I know McDonald’s is suppose to be fast quick and cheap but who gives someone two Big Macs with only one patty!?! Apparently they don’t like me or they don’t want my business. My grub hub order was taken by someone else. So when they were asked to remake it…they scattered egg shells in my sandwich, ans skipped the extra breakfast sauce on my daughter bagel sandwich.

Bland customer service.
Super long time waiting for food to be given to me. And way too expensive for a quarter pounder w/cheese, 10 piece nuggets and a small drink. $&#$ $14.59 one person eating at McDonald’s like it’s a 5 star restaurant. And they have fewer people working with all their automated services, drink dispenser, etc. Saving themselves $ yet, poor food, poor service, and super slow line and wait time.
I was given a number and told to wait in lane 3 for my food when I was in the drive-through.
Then, when I took it to my job about 4 blocks away from this place, I opened my quarter pounder to make sure they didn’t put pickles on it, the meat looked over cooked and like something had been sitting on the patty. Light on the inside and dark, almost black looking on the outside of the patty. And what kind of chopped onion is that on the burger?
I am not going to eat at a freaking McDonald’s ever again. You got to be out of your mind to treat people. Food we order and make is wait the way they did.

Placed a mobile order at approx 3:25pm, Saturday, September 6, 2025.
Order included a quarter pounder, double quarter pounder, and big mac. Was instructed to pull around to drive thru wait spot, as they said they were make a fresh double quarter pounder. Got home, double quarter pounder was fresh, big mac was OK but falling apart and had very little sauce on it. The quarter pounder was DISGUSTING! The burger was cold, over cooked, dry and very tough. In addition, the quarter pounder was soaking in big mac sauce, along with the usual toppings. Do you care or even have a process to ensure quality and to ensure an order is correct? The quarter pounder could have been sitting around for hours from a returned special order or an assembly mistake. I am having a hard time wrapping my head around how you can cook fresh burgers for one item, yet have what should have been a trashed burger for another item in the same order.
I really would like a response that includes an explanation.
