This is one of the worst McDonald’s in our area. I quit going there because they are completely slow and never can get orders right. I went to run some errands and my wife who is at home wanted a diet coke. As usual I went through the drive-thru and said it very clearly because they have a habit of getting it wrong and giving me a regular coke. Never again will I go here. I should have tasted it before I left but didn’t against my better judgement. I get home and sure enough regular coke. Absolutely ridiculous. My wife cannot have sugar and I don’t drink soda. So again waste of my $2.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but this one angered me enough to leave one if I could give zero stars, I would hold in on my break the girl that was at the intercom couldn’t do her job enough to do it there so asked us to pull up to the window did not specify which one pulled up to the first window nobody was there pulled up to the second one. I don’t come here often, but I was here a year ago with my kids. They wanted to play in the play area, but it was freezing and the staff said the heat was out and needed to be fixed. I am here right now, one year later…and the heat is still not working! The entire restaurant is freezing cold, including the play area.
I told my son to wash his hands before eating and both soap dispensers in the Men’s bathroom are empty. I informed the staff and they didn’t seem to care at all. So I was forced to knock on the Women’s bathroom, make sure no one was inside, to wash their hands. And as it turns out, BOTH of the soap dispensers in that bathroom are empty as well.
How is the staff washing their hands if all the soap dispensers are empty?!

Ordered on mobile app- sweet tea and 20 pieces McNuggets and fries I even ordered extra sauce. Didn’t get any sauce. Staff said they were out of sweet tea(which I get charged extra for tea)My fries were ice cold and stale. Staff at window was yelling and groaning so loud I could hear it outside the drive thru window. If you hate your job don’t work there and don’t take it out on my food and I spend extra money on sause and didn’t even get it… if you have employees that don’t like their job FIRE THEM!!! My food shouldn’t be a way for these employees to release their anger. Money wasted on stuff because employees to lazy to do their job.

We stopped in and ordered their McCrispy Chicken strips with chili sauce at the drive through. We took it back to work to eat it. Opened the bag and there was no sauce at all and the chicken strips were literally so over cooked and tough we could hardly chew them.

This visit was just a couple of drinks through the drive -thru. The order was in a timely manner and correct. That’s a big thing for this kind of order.

Heater was broken, Froze and waited for an hour to even get our meal. Watched several people that ordered after me get their food before I did. Still had to ask for things that were missing in our meals. All the drinks were out of syrup. Never going back to that McDonald’s again.

They were rude at the window, very, very rude. She was taking my order and trying to get me off the line. Because I was trying to decide at the window, what I wanted for a second. And then when I finally order, she gave me the order. And I was missing a sandwich and my drink was wrong.
Instead of fixing it, she wanted me to pay extra money for that sandwich that I eat. And order and I didn’t have to pay for it because it was paid for she had a terrible attitude. I will never go back over there again.

Food was decent. The fries were almost perfect. However there sandwich was rather smashed by the time it got to me. The Mcflurry wasn’t stirred well at all. The restrooms were in a wreck, even though the sign proclaimed that they were checked every half hour.

Came here at 3:45 in the morning ordered a $11 meal asked for one barbecue sauce. I was told it wasn’t free. I needed to pay $.29 for it like really I asked for one barbecue sauce and paid $11 for my meal and I couldn’t get one barbecue sauce for free so when I told them forget about it, I’ll just go somewhere else. She was like OK and shut the window on me. Rude people.
