Celebrated 60th Birthday of several close friends. I had a delicious Side Car while waiting for my party to arrive. We were seated and pleasantly surprised to have 2 servers. The food was delicious with generous portions. I had the Salmon with carrots and broccolini which was perfect cooked. The service was a little slow but it was Saturday dinner time so understandable. Ended the night with dessert, creme brulee before heading home. No complaints. I will definitely be back.

Absolutely exceptional. The Australian Kobe at Morton’s was one of the best steaks I’ve ever had — incredibly tender, perfectly marbled, and cooked exactly to temperature. Every bite melted in your mouth and was packed with rich, buttery flavor. The service was polished and attentive, and the overall atmosphere made it feel like a true special-occasion dinner. A flawless steakhouse experience from start to finish.

I’ve had far better dining experiences for significantly less money. I made a reservation for 7:30 PM, yet we weren’t seated until 8:17 PM, which already set the tone for the evening.
Once we were finally seated and placed our order, I noticed multiple tables that arrived after us receiving their food while we were still waiting. There were only two of us. When I asked our server, he informed us that our order had been moved to the back. I continued to wait patiently for another 30 minutes, but nothing arrived. When I asked again, he apologized and explained that our order had been skipped altogether.
By the time the food arrived, the experience had already been disappointing—and unfortunately, the food itself did not make up for it. The steak was underwhelming and certainly not worth the price. I’ve had much better steaks at more reasonable establishments. This place is not worth the time or the money. I will not be returning.

Morton never disappoints, always consistent and great service between Houston and Atlanta. My go to is the 16 oz. “Proprietary” Prime Cajun Ribeye. Personally my temperature preference is well done and I get hell for it no matter what steakhouse I’m at, but I don’t care. It’s never burnt or too chewy, if you can cook, well done is enjoyable. This time I tried the Smoke Gouda & Bacon Au Gratin potatoes for my side and didn’t regret it. Cocktails and wine selection are always on point.

The ambience is what you would expect from an upscale steakhouse – dim lighting, smart casual attire and valet parking.

Celebrated our 22nd anniversary and it was definitely one for the books! The food was delicious, the ambiance…perfect, the service couldn’t have been better. Patrick and Estela were amazing, the attention to detail and customer service incomparable. Thank you for making our anniversary special.

Food was okay. Not great, not terrible. We came to celebrate our anniversary, yet the waitress never mentioned our anniversary and at the end of service finally put down a “Happy Anniversary” table card and said she forgot. She never offered the complimentary anniversary dessert like they usually do. I had to ask her. When my husband made reservations, he specifically asked for a table that could accommodate a stroller for our 9 month old. However, we were told upon arrival we couldn’t take the stroller in the dining area and that she would have to use a high chair. My daughter never used a high chair prior to this and likes being in her stroller. A phone call and heads up before our reservation date would have been the appropriate thing to do. Why ask for accommodations/special occasions, when it gets overlooked and isn’t accommodated anyway? There are better fine dining options in Houston. Wouldn’t recommend.

Everything about this experience was exquisite. We ordered the steak, lobster, and broccolini, and every bite delivered.

The steak was absolutely phenomenal—one of those flavors that makes you close your eyes and slow down just to savor it. Perfectly seasoned, perfectly cooked. The lobster was tender and buttery, and the broccolini had just the right bite.

The ambience was exactly what you want from a fine steakhouse: calm, elegant, and intimate, with low lighting that set the perfect mood. And the service? Flawless—attentive, professional, and genuinely kind.

I really, truly enjoyed Morton’s. It’s the kind of place you leave already thinking about your next visit.

Dining Experience @ Morton’s The Steakhouse.
.
Founded in February 1978 in the affluent Near North Side, Chicago, Illinois, United States Of America, Morton’s The Steakhouse was set up by business partners Arnold ‘Arnie’ Jerome Morton and Klaus Fritsch.
.
Starting with just giant potatoes and beef steaks, Morton’s The Steakhouse gained fame through regular customer Frank Sinatra, and today operates over 60 outlets across 10 countries.
.
Opted for the Surf And Turf (USD $91). The 16-ounce (or 450 grams) Beef Steak New York Striploin is simply seasoned with salt and black pepper, grilled to my choice of medium-rare doneness, perfect. It’s tender and juicy with a gentle chew, slicing easily, carrying robust smoky meaty salty savoury peppery spice flavour.
.
The enhancement of Grilled Cold-Water Lobster Tail has sprinkling of salt, paprika, and fine coriander, with a bouncy springy succulent bite, carrying mellow smoky sweet savoury salty buttery flavour.
.
Enjoyed every bit of this luxurious dish that represents the best of land and sea.
.
The Loaded Baked Potato (USD $13) is huge, a whole skin-on potato, partially sliced open lengthwise, filled with sour cream, butter, spring onions, and pork bacon bits. With tender creamy soft crunchy textures and starchy earthy sour milky vegetal sweet meaty salty flavour, this warm side dish satisfies and delights.
.
The Bread Onion Caraway (USD $Complimentary) is dense outside, soft inside, and incredibly aromatic, with a bready earthy salty sweet nutty flavour that is so addictive. A house signature and creator of fond memories, this was so good I couldn’t stop reaching for more. It’s not just bread! Served with luxury butter, which lends a buttery milky savoury sweet flavour.

The Christmas eve dinner was terrific! And the Old Fashioned cocktail that accompanied the Chateaubriand was smooth and wonderful. If I had to tweak anything, it would definitely be to turn the TVs off, or have holiday music streaming instead of football games on both screens. It made little sense to have sports on during a lovely meal service.

Honestly, the staff at this location are top-notch. From the moment I enter until I leave, they treat you like a customer deserving of exceptional service.

Two standouts while I was eating at the bar were Maggie and Chase. It wasn’t just me; I could see both working the clientele like they were family or friends.

The wedge salad, the perfectly cooked medium-rare filet mignon, mashed potatoes, and key lime pie were all standouts.

I highly recommend visiting this location, having dinner with family (or for business), and making it a memorable night.
