Just tired of ordering a grilled steak burrito and getting a $7 rice burrito with a couple morsels of steak. Where’s the beef??? $14 for 2 small rice burritos. Very aggravating. Employees seem to be doing a good job. Management needs to change ingredient portions.

Ate here 2/22/26. Ordered a Mexican pizza. Their frying oil was rancid and immediately made me sick. This was not just slightly over used oil but completely RANCID oil.

Ordered the $9 box which included two steak cheesey street chalupas. They had 2-3 pieces of meat in each, so I sent them back, and they were remade exactly the same way (see photo). It’s wild that they expect people to be okay with a food product like this. Otherwise, service was quick and restaurant was clean.

I love Taco Bell. I love the food and I frequent it at least once a week. However, I unfortunately had an experience I am not pleased with . Outside on the front of their door they have a schedule on when their lobby closes, being 11 PM, every night. My group of 3, including myself, arrive at Taco Bell at 9. We were denied entry from the lobby, saying it’s being cleaned. We sit and wait, we then go through the drive through and was told that it will not reopen. We accept defeat and sit in the parking lot eating. 9 minutes before the lobby was supposed to close, a group much larger than ours requested access to the lobby, which they were GRANTED. The overall issue wasn’t that the lobby closed early, but, was that we were denied than later that was than fulfilled. It showed more of a lack of initiative of actually doing their job, and rather picking and choosing on when to fulfill obligations.

Lousy service, stood at the counter for no one to take my order and had to order on the computer and paid ( a customer pointed it out to me) just for them to not make the order till I asked for it so had to wait again. Would have been nice for someone to tell me they had a computer for me to put in my own order , but the next people that came in went up to the counter and they took their order. Finally get food and it’s wasn’t all there but at this point just want to leave. The place needed cleaned and the bathroom was completely disgusting. No soap in the soap dispenser and that was after the manager just walked out without flushing and being in their 15 min, with no soap in there I don’t see how any hands got washed. People could definitely be more helpful with a more pleasant demeanor

I’m leaving a five star review not because the establishment is necessarily nice but because I want this to be seen. I door dashed taco bell late at night on NYE and it took almost an hour and a half to get to me because the worker was left there by herself, completely alone with a line of people all the way out to the road. This is just absolutely unacceptable and bad management. The poor girl must’ve been pulling her hair out because of the stress and on new year’s eve of all days? Do better and look out for your workers, especially leaving a young girl unattended on a day that most people are out drinking? Do better and actually care for your workers, it’s ridiculous and there are absolutely no excuses for this. If you have no workers management should come in and help, and yes people do actually notice stuff like this.

we had to go through the drive through at 9:50pm. we pulled in and parked and they turned off all the lights inside. is says the lobby closes at 11. that really upsets me it’s been twice now that’s happened if something has happened they should tell people, and post it on the doors.

Great service! Good food. This location may not participate in all promotions. $5 boxes may be $6 and so on and so forth. Breakfast is the best time to come here, with a very fast and efficient drive through experience. One of the best fast food choices available to Neosho.

I order from here weekly before going to work myself. The past 4 weeks my order, which is always the same has been made since wrong. I’ve called each time and of course go the next day for a replacement. However, today not only was it made wrong, it had zero meat. Basically I paid $12 for a bowl of black beans and veggies. Called and was argued with by some kid in the phone that he made it himself and basically called me a liar. The Manager was not any better. I called corporate after being hung up on. I work in Customer Service and this should never be tolerated. I realize it’s fast food but cmon.

Ordered a gordita crunch. It was dough wrapped around a taco. Had it sent back.. the replacement was the same. So undercooked ot stuck to the paper AND the taco, but not because of piping hot nack cheese, which was absent and replaced by shedded cheddar.
