Great service and food. This crew always goes above and beyond to ensure we are happy. The soda machine was on the fritz and we couldn’t get anything other than water, even with their help. It had something to do with the H.F. corn syrup mixer. They do have specials that are worth making sure you get there before 6 pm for happy hour. The hand cut fries are perfection and the burgers are really decent sized, more than I could ever eat. They have a fantastic Reuben that’d make your tummy quite happy.

The service was absolutely HORRIBLE!!!! After 20 minutes of standing at the host stand without being acknowledged, I was sat at a table and went unnoticed for another 15 minutes. The waitress then came to take our drink orders which took an additional 15 minutes. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a food establishment. The workers were talking amongst each other and totally ignoring all the customers. One customer had to go to the bar and make her own drink. They either need to retrain the staff or close this location and start over once they have adequate training.

It was alot better before all the changes!! It was basically an upscale restaurant inside a grocery store.. You come in and was greeted and seated, the servers were friendly and food was good.. Now, you have to order before you enter the restaurant, once inside you have to serve yourself! And those of us who are physically challenged it’s not an option…. I’ll continue to go elsewhere until it changes back. It’s truly become a sad day when good old fashioned customer care is trumped by the saving of a dollar!!!!!

The service was awesome! Drinks filled, server asked how we wanted things served (in what order), was polite and kept serving us even after we paid. 🙂 The food was wonderful! We got the crab dip which had real crab and was amazing with warm pita chips!!! And the baked cavatappi which was large, so we were glad we shared. Pics added to maps. Yum and we will be returning!

Thank you HyVee! I had a three meat skillet with side of gravy and pancake. It was fantastic. The skillet is not too salty, the potatoes are crispy and perfect! The pancake is fluffy, but not dense and has a perfect flavor! Savory and sweet perfection today! My server was wonderful also! Thank you!
