Food, service, and atmosphere were all 5 stars. My mom and I stopped at this location for the first time and Alex had been the one to serve us. Right off the bat he greeted us in a friendly and energetic manner that made things feel a lot more inviting than normal. He was cracking jokes with us and engaging in a way that you really don’t see anywhere in the food service field nowadays. It didn’t feel like a forced act either and you could really tell that Alex genuinely has a good personality and sense of humor. He was efficient with his work, humble, and even went out of his way to check in with us to make sure we were happy with our food before we left. Promote this man asap, you don’t find workers like him in this industry anymore.

Some of the best service you can get in fast food and the friendliest staff I’ve seen at a chipotle. Jordan and Alex were phenomenal and super kind to me. I’d absolutely come back here. The food was also delicious.

If you make fun of chipotle for their tiny cheap portions, that’s fair. But this chipotle goes insane. This was a digital order too, not even an in person order. This is the least stingy chipotle I’ve ever. Ngl working here kind of sucked, but it’s one of the best locations I’ve ever been to.

Do better Chipotle! We frequently eat at your restaurant since we are vegan. The Sofritas is one of our favorite proteins. We always order our salsa on the side and it’s a good thing we did. Just found a nice chunk of meat in it. My husband put it in its own cup, ate half, and found this swimming in the bottom. Disgusting. Your lazy approach to proper food handling is grounds for cross contamination and issues like this. DO BETTER!!!!

I order here a lot and was very disappointed the other day when I order 3 burritos/bowls online. The rice was plain (not the normal), the carnitas was old and dry, the guacamole that I paid for was brown/old and had a stem in it, the burrito was missing majority the ingredients – it had no lettuce, cheese or salsa even though it was requested for the order! When I complained about this order online to Chipotle, all they said is thanks for the feedback instead of making this right. No this location has been a complete disappointment and sadly I will not go back if this is how they treat customers. I could not eat my carnitas bowl and my child literally only had mostly a rice burrito due to the little bit of chicken and no other ingredients.

I went in less then 20 minutes before closing they were super sweet and got me out of there less then 10 minutes I only spent about 13 bucks on my order when its normally 15! I will definitely be coming back

The line didn’t move for 5 minutes. There was one guy, an employee with a work shirt at the front who was talking with one of the line workers. The other woman was busy making online orders. When I started watching, I saw the slow line worker point to each bin, and he would slowly respond with a yes or no nod, and half the time, he would change his mind and stop her from continuing. It was absurd. The manager at the register was oblivious. The other line worker was hustling and finally got to the other people in line.

We went in at 6 o’clock on a Thursday night. The food area was gross and messy. They were completely out of chicken. Told us if we wanted chicken. We had to wait 20 minutes. A line full of people walked out. There wasn’t an adult on site all teenagers and nobody knew what was going on we ended up leaving without getting food. Chipotle used to be one of the cleanest restaurants to eat at now it’s one of the grossest and dirtiest. We then went to a different location the same thing they were out of meat and it was really dirty being run by a bunch of teenagers that didn’t know what they were doing.
