Next, we tried the Vijayawada-style Chicken Biryani, which was wonderfully balanced in both spice and aroma. The flavors were authentic and comforting, making it one of the highlights of our meal.
We ended our evening with Double Ka Meetha, a rich and indulgent dessert loaded with nuts. The texture and flavor profile were excellent—sweet, satisfying, and made perfectly.
A special thanks to our server—Hemant or Himanshu (my sincere apologies for not remembering the exact name). He was incredibly professional, soft-spoken, and attentive throughout our visit. He ensured that we were comfortable and that everything was prepared just right. We truly appreciated his kindness and service.
Overall, I absolutely loved my experience at iGrill. Amazing food, excellent service, and a warm atmosphere. I highly recommend it!
Absolutely loved the kabab biriyani here. The first thing that stood out was the rice – so beautifully textured and light, not greasy at all, and not drowned in gravy like so many places do. Instead of turning the rice into a heavy, soggy mess, this biriyani was perfectly layered, letting every grain stay separate yet incredibly flavorful.
I had specifically requested less oil, and they nailed it – flavorful, aromatic, and balanced without compromising taste. What truly sets this apart is the chicken: char-grilled kabab chicken that’s smoky, tender, and feels much healthier than the usual biriyani meat.
I’ve tried biriyani at almost every well-known spot in the Bay Area, and none come close to this. If you’re looking for a biriyani that’s bold in flavor yet lighter and thoughtfully prepared, this is the place. Hands down my go-to biriyani spot now.
Not too much of oil and butter use and yet super taste.
Highly recommend their food.
Goat biryani however has hard meat, which is a common issue in bay area.
Chicken dum biryani is not good, you can skip it.
While I could enjoy it, my girlfriend was having trouble with it. Their paneer masala is pretty good though, would recommend. That and their chili chicken were superb.
They have mango lassi but it’s kind of sad so don’t expect too much, it’s nice that they do give it though. I prefer their chai.
Tandoori Appetisers are ok and I am not a fan of their indo Chinese.
I would want to visit again to try more of their roti/gravy menu.
come with your true fiends after cricket, swim or volleyball or enjoy the mass while eating.
