I had a pretty bad experience at this McDonald’s. The manager Reyna comes off really bossy and not very respectful toward her employees. Every time I’ve been there, she’s mostly just standing around talking while the workers are doing everything. It honestly feels like the employees are the ones keeping the place running while she just tells everyone what to do. She seems annoyed when specifically teenagers ask her questions ?! We were in Alhambra to check on the house painter. The McDonald’s busy. We ordered on the kiosk and sat down. They have a nice play area for kids here. Plenty of seating inside. Also tables outside. We picked up our order and we’re on our way quickly. Food was good . Nice and clean . I would recommend this place when in the area.

Ricardo was very friendly, professional, and quick with my order, making sure everything was correct. Charles, the manager, was attentive and welcoming, showing real leadership and care for the customers. It’s refreshing to see a team that works well together and puts customer satisfaction first. Definitely appreciate their efforts!

I stopped by this McDonald to get some dinner before heading back to my hotel room. I came on a Friday night and they weren’t actually busy to my surprise. I didn’t see anybody working the cashier so I tried to place my order through the Kiosk but it kept denying my code to use my McDonald deal through their app. So I had to go to the cashier area until someone finally notice me. I was able to use my code through there and wait for my meal. I just got the chicken nuggets, fries and a drink. It took like 10 minutes to come out and they of course forgot the ketchup so I had to ask. The nuggets and coke was great but the fries was somewhat okay. It just needed a little more salt to give it favor.

Very busy location, there hello Kitty toys morning and afternoon are different. The price is little cheaper than Rosemead stores. Their service is getting worse in September. I called them last night to ask which hello Kitty toy they have, she told me no 6,7,1,5, when I arrive there, the worker off. The new worker for night shift told us they only have no 6-7. Then we are leaving from drive thru. I called the store. The man manager answered phone. I asked him which toy they have tonight, he said no 7. The girl and the manager has different answer than the first girl. Then today I called . the phone is not working , lunch, afternoon, night. All not working.
