This location will not give you correct change. They choose not to give out pennies even though there are billions of pennies in circulation and they are readily available from banks. As a business owner I happen to know this for a fact.

This was an awful experience. I waited in line in the drive thru for approximately 15 minutes. I decided to go in the restaurant. However, it was an absolute nightmare in there. I had to ask the other customers where the line started. I finally figured that one out. Then, I noticed that there were tables and tables of people with numbers on their tables waiting for their food! On top of which, the restaurant was quite unclean. At this point, I decided to leave! I do not have plans to visit there again.

When you ask for more sauce the workers tell you that you have to pay for extra sauce, but when you go to the kiosk to order extra sauce, it says that it’s “$0.00” and it sends the order to the kitchen for free but then the workers will tell you you have to pay for extra sauce but where do you pay if they rarely take orders at the tablet that’s on the countertop unless you’re paying in cash.

The kiosk showing “$0.00” for a side of sauce contradicts what the workers say unless the individual store owner is doing something against cooperate policy given that corporate manages those kiosk ordering devices but not the tablet at the counter.

Service was great, however I did an online mobile order for a decaf coffee with caramel. I never asked for creamer. I came home and there is creamer in the coffee. I’m severely lactose intolerant

No pics. No one smiles anymore, not friendly at all. All the food seemed old, my husband had to go in just to get fresh fries. I should have just gotten my money back.

The elderly lady with the mustache took my money and didn’t give me any of my change and was rude as usual. Didn’t offer me a receipt just closed the window. Food was ice cold and the fries were old and hard as rocks INEDIBLE. The woman constantly gets complaints this is my first run in with her but I get it now. Just miserable.

Even thought there were atleast 8 employees. No one would come to the counter and take my order. Customers at the kiosk, who came in after me and order were served. The employees simple walked past me and gave me the side eye.

As others have mentioned, counter staff has few manners. Apparently she doesn’t ’t know the word please or thank you. Seems to be a trend at this one. Good dining room, smell smells of burned grease.
Of course, bathrooms are dirty. He wet floor signs out, even though the floor was obviously not wet. The bathroom facilities are severely limited. This is one McDonald’s that I will avoid if I ever have to come to thisexit again.

This is our “go-to” McDonald’s but this morning (9/6/25) your employees were absolutely rude. When I order online or in the kiosk and add extra sauces I NEVER get charged as the app and kiosk does NOT charge, yet when I asked for a couple of extra sauces they wanted to charge me. I let them know kiosk and app doesn’t charge. (Normally I have no problems getting extra sauce when asking) They still wanted to charge. I let them know they need to get their story straight. Girl was wearing a hoodie and had it on her head. BERY unprofessional
