Although we did not eat at the shop, I sure would have. The story of the place is really fun and being the original pecan business once there. The owner is so charming and honors the original pecan business owner and has a photo of him on the top shelf. They do have pecan pie minis which I got, and a whole pie frozen. Such a cutely decorate building. What a gem in Camden AL. Way to go.

Y’ALL! We drove down from Birmingham and just happened to land there on STEAK AND EGG DAY for Saturday Brunch. The place was packed- and I mean everybody knows everybody packed- but somehow we never felt like strangers. Entire families were there, from Meemaw all the way down to tiny babies. I even overheard more than one man say he had skipped hunting that morning just to come to brunch. And let me tell you… IT. WAS. WORTH. IT. The scrambled eggs were absolute perfection. The potato wedges? Crispy on the outside, creamy on the inside- just as the brunch gods intended. The breakfast steak was tender, juicy, and perfectly marinated, and the cat head biscuit was downright unbelievable. The only downside: the place was so full, they were squeezing in extra chairs at every table, making it nearly impossible to move once you sat down. It was definitely way too many people for the friendly (but understandably overwhelmed) staff. That said, I’ll absolutely be checking their website to see what fun meals they dream up next. Pro tip: whatever you do, don’t miss the Boozy Coffee.

Best spot in town — truly a must-go place! Perfect for coffee, fresh summer pecan salads, and browsing the little shop inside. They even have wine for purchase, ice cream, and a wide variety of local food options. The décor is awesome and super cool, adding to the whole experience. Highly recommended! Absolutely Awesome! Love it. Great customer service. Beautiful bathrooms .. Historic architecture was beautifully designed and maintained

Great little spot to have a peaceful lunch! Eclectic restaurant with daily specials! Server was very sweet and attentive! After lunch, we went to their store to purchase some souvenirs! Even had a case of ice cream, and a fridge with delicious foods. So you can purchase food items to eat there, or take home!

It was ok. I expected some kind of freshly baked Pecan something but we had to settle for what appeared to be a convenient store pecan pastry.
If we return to the area we might return to this place but it wouldn’t take much to change my mind.
The staff were nice enough and the atmosphere was nice too.

I wish I got her name but the gal that helped us was so nice! She was blonde and had a thick accent (everyone does here to me though) but I would definitely go back again! Highly recommend

The daily special was chicken parmesan..it came with caesar salad and garlic bread, let me say it was better than any fancy Italian restaurant food I have ever enjoyed. I got chocolate and caramel cake to savor later this evening. The atmosphere was enchanting and the staff were so southernly gracoius, it felt very welcoming. The store features many homemade delectable treats, I could have stayed in there browsing for hours. If you find yourself in Camden Alabama…this is must. Talk about a treasure hidden in the middle of life in the south…this is it.
