First visit:
It smells amazing when u walk through the door. Nice , clean , pleasant, and comfortable atmosphere .
U are greeted and seated big plus.
Plenty of parking .

I ordered pancakes, sausage , eggs, tea and oatmeal. They do not sell grits( which is terrible) I love grits.

My oatmeal was smooth and quite delicious. Served with raisins , brown sugar and a side of milk. Never in my life have I been to a restaurant that adds milk to the side without u asking. I dislike oatmeal but this was pretty good.

Pancakes and sausage were great. Thank u and see u again.

We ordered veggie and Spanish omletts with hash browns. Enough for 2 big breakfasts each. Seated immediately, great service, nice people. Going back to try the fish fry next weekend.

Food was fine. Our waitress was wonderful. The “host”/owner was scary. His presence was giving off such a mean and uncomfortable vibe, I had to ask the waitress if he was a horrible person to work for. To my surprise, she said he is a lovely and kind human being. My advice (unwanted), hire a host(ess) who appears welcoming. LOL. Nice place all around. The mimosas were way too expensive.

First time visit.
Pros: seated immediately. Chicken dumping soup was delicious, but a little too salty.
Food came fast and hot. Seems to be a popular place for seniors and elderly

Cons: bathroom floor sticky and probably hasn’t been cleaned in awhile. Booth tables were very worn, could use an update.

Food: turkey club, and croissant sandwich that was served with fries and a wedge of cantaloupe.

We both enjoyed but croissant bottom was soggy, hard to hold. The club pieces didn’t stay together without toothpick, slippery as well.

Would we come back if in the area again? Maybe

Update: we stopped in today to give them another try since we were in the neighborhood.

I had the bacon cheeseburger for $12 and hubby had blt. Burger was good and BLT had plenty of bacon on it. The star of the show was our server. I should have asked her name as she provided excellent service. Very nice too. I tipped her 40%.

10/10!! Definitely come back! Everyone was so kind! It was super busy so the food took a bit but it was WELL WORTH IT! The food was amazing! It would be nice if they got better coffee but everything else was awesome!

Diner food and experience at its best!
We both had the sausage and biscuit breakfast ($9.95) which comes with 2 eggs (any style), hash browns, an open face biscuit with tasty sausage gravy plus your choice of bacon or sausage. I chose scrambled and bacon. The bacon is thick and perfectly cooked. Eggs were perfect, too (my partner had sunny side up which are sometimes not great at a restaurant). The hash browns are the shredded variety and were fine but not overly crispy or browned. The biscuit was fresh and delicious. The gravy was good and had plenty of sausage crumbles in it.

The food was prepared quickly and served with attention to detail. It wasn’t busy because it was mid morning (around 10am) when we were there but it seemed like the kitchen and wait staff knew their jobs and did them well and could handle a rush.

The website says the place is open from 6 am until 3 pm. Not sure if that is due to Covid or their regular schedule.

JUST Me
Went here this morning. My son kept calling his oatmeal porridge. Said it tasted like paper. I ordered a turkey croissant sandwich. Nowhere on the menu did it state it was HOT. I was expecting a cold turkey and cheese croissant sandwich. Luckily my husband ordered waffles and he was willing to eat my hot sandwich. Our waitress was ok, but she had dirt caked under her fingernails, which did not seem too sanitary for a restaurant. As we were paying, the employee asked how everything was and we all were silent and felt bad that it just missed the mark on so many levels. Wont ever be back.

This was our first time visiting this restaurant though we’d driven past it many times. The morning after Christmas was definitely packed but oddly we didn’t wait more than 15 minutes to be seated! It was obvious the staff were trying to keep up with the influx of people but we understood that it was just due to the day after a holiday, everyone wants breakfast, etc. they did great given the circumstances. I got the Mediterranean skillet which was delicious and it came with the sauce for the gyro meat. I thought it was pretty good. My husband got the meat lovers skillet…he’s kind of picky so this wasn’t his favorite version of that skillet. But he still ate it and said if we came back he’d just try something else bc they have lots of breakfast options that look good. Overall I thought this was a good family restaurant. It was clean, staff was friendly and attentive, and I really liked my food.
