I stood in the front and was seen upon arrival by the two girls in the photos who were in charge of the front cashier register I waited there patiently for 8 minutes before I asked to be helped the one on the left said she would help me shortly and still kept doing what she was doing which was pretty much nothing and standing waiting for orders to be ready so she can call them out through those times she could have helped me but except she wanted to make me and other customers wait for a long time for no reason I think it’s an ego trip and definitely very poor customer service after I add ask for help it was an additional 6 more minutes before they actually took my order and when she helped me she had such an attitude when I received my food it was definitely cold and not fresh

This is the slowest mcdonald’s I have ever visited.I literally sat there and watched the cashier and another worker drop french fries twice while my order set on the counter, waiting for no salt fries. If one order of fries came up, why would you dump salt on them instead of fixing one order to go and getting that customer out of the way so that you can assist someone else. The customer service here is none existent. However, while waiting on my order, one manager walked from the back and she did speak. I noticed that the restaurant is pretty clean, but the customer service as well as the time frame for waiting on food could be alot better, especially considering the fact that the restaurant isn’t busy right now.

Lady that was supposed to be working the register would ignore people and never acknowledged anyone. So, I used the kiosk. Had #36, ticket 722. Ate in. She threw my tray at the pickup counter and stood there and shouted my number. Then when I went back to get napkins, she proceeded to ignore me again. There were 3 people waiting to order that left because she ignored them. She left at noon. Thankfully!!!! If I was running this place she’d be done!!! So Rude!!!

Got 2 crushed burgers and no mcnuggets that were ordered. I’m disabled and it’s gard enough for me to walk from the back of the truckstop and go inside to place an order, stand there and watch the most awful customer service on earth (expecting sone old guy to carry 4 sundaes without a carry holder and then act bothered when he asks for one and some spoons… and not get all your food. I was too tired and losing too much muscle control to even fight about it and walk all the way back there for 4 chicken nuggets. Awful. Keep your 4 nuggets and choke on them.

Fresh Food made to order was heaven sent …I’m a truck driver and all across America I go..and today was a great day @McDonalds…fast service, friendly staff, clean atmosphere and GREAT FOOD !!
