Celebrating my son’s 40th birthday!!

The hostess was warm and receptive as we entered and were seated.

Skylar, our server, was pleasant and efficient. Our table runner was bubbly and chipper.

Food was delicious and filling! No knife required for the fall of the bone short ribs. Fork Tender!! The steak was prepared to cook.

Restaurant was clean and well maintained. The open kitchen is cool to watch depending on your vantage point.

Son had a really scrumptious slice of cheesecake with amazing fresh blackberries and blackberry sauce!! Not enough to time to snap a pic, we devoured it so quickly!

Great experience! Will go again!!

Went there for Valentine’s Day, and honestly, I wish that just once, trying a new restaurant would turn out to be a good experience.
First, we ordered two waters. There were so many black particles floating in my water. I asked them to replace it, and after a while, they brought two new glasses, but there were still black pieces in the water. I eventually gave up and didn’t drink any water at all.
They served pickles as well. I usually love pickles, but theirs were extremely salty and tasted terrible. I had to spit it out.
For our main dish, we ordered the surf and turf recommended by the server. The grilled shrimp had way too much seasoning in one spot and was incredibly salty. The ribeye was just okay.
Overall, I don’t think I will come back. The server was also not very attentive, and the whole experience felt like a struggle from start to finish.

Bradley did a phenomenal job as our waiter for lunch!
We love the decor, food was amazing, nothing negative at all to say. My son got the children’s steak and it was perfect. The chicken tenders were good. The bison nachos were awesome, and my own Ted’s bacon cheeseburger was great.

Our waitress was great. Ny strip was good even though warm. Mashed potatoes were cold, bland, and barely passable as a potato that has been smashed. The broccoli had a gas taste to them. Silverware wasn’t straight but would still cut at an angle. They weren’t very busy at the time.

Stopped in for lunch to pass some time in between appointments. The service was ok. The waitress did her job, but did not put any extra pizazz on her service. This place needs to be deep-cleaned from top to bottom. They use paper on the tables so they do not clean the tables properly. Our table and mirror have not been cleaned in months. Our son used a napkin to clean the seat before he could slide in the booth. His seat was separating from the booth. The women’s bathroom needs deep-cleaning as well. The brass is tarnished green everywhere. The first stall looked like poop was smeared all over the seat. I think it was just an old toilet seat that could easily be switched out. As, for the food, I rarely complain about food. The brussel sprouts lacked any seasoning. Adding salt did not mask the taste. The asparagus lacked flavor as well. The waitress apologized for messing up our order. She gave my husband brussel sprouts that he did not order as a nice gesture. And he absolutely despises brussel sprouts. The parmesean broccoli was edible as long as it was dipped in the horseradish meant for my salmon. We had salmon, steak, and kid’s bison burger for our main dishes. They were all editable, but nothing to rave about. I cannot stress enough about how much this restaurant needs to be cleaned. We walked out to our car and there was another group waiting to leave and asked how was our experience. Both tables did not enjoy their dining experience.

I’ve been a patron of Ted’s for years. It had been a few years since my last visit. The warm welcome feeling is no longer there that was so charming. After a long day at the Dixie Deer Classic, we added our name to the waitlist and were told 10 minute wait time. We checked in with restaurant on arrival to find out they weren’t using the waitlist & said they didn’t know how to shut it down.
We added our name again and were told 15-20 minutes. Checked back at 20 minutes and were told it would be another 20 minutes even though there were empty tables. Our serve didn’t know the specials and referred us to a couple of items on the menu as specials. We checked the sign outside and reminded her of the special. We still had a 1 hr 40 minutes even though drive home & were exhausted. Food came out room temperature & cold temps but had good flavor, veggies were hard instead of al dente, we ate so we could get back home.
Very poor quality and service to be spending $100 on dinner. I had really talked up the restaurant to my new husband and it bombed

The service is awesome. The staff are attentive and respectful. My food was mediocre. The meatloaf tasted unseasoned and mushy. The carrots were strangely bland. Usually, carrots have a sweet taste. These tasted like water. The mash potatoes with gravy was the best part of the meal. Costco’s meatloaf dinner should not taste better than a top restaurant’s meal.
