Best McDonald’s ever! My absolute favorite location. So sad I moved away from area. They have the nicest employees and always hot fries. I’ve been here hundreds of times and have only had issue with one person that has worked there. So I highly recommend this location, it’s ran well and they are so sweet. 🙂

This McDonald’s location has gone from one of the best to the absolute worst in the last couple years. Terrible service. Food has gotten worse and more expensive. They couldn’t give me my food the other day after I paid through the app. They told me I would get a refund that night or the next morning, and I never got it. Ended up going to the Delhi location and it’s 1000% better

Don’t order here. They will mess up your food drinks and all. Then when you call they want to be rude as hell. How do you not serv the kids meals in their own packaging.
UPDATE: I went to store to get the kids meals. Night manager refused to serv me the KIDS meals or issue a refund. Told him I was calling police. He finally issued the refund. Now my KIDS didn’t get their food. I have never had such bad service from any restaurant as I have just experienced.

“Something with the app” goes wrong EVERY time my family orders ahead, and it seems as if the staff members aren’t trained to help customers. I have already shared my comments with the customer care team as well.

Actively stole from us. Went to pick up our order, got our food, then drove back home without realizing we didn’t get the happy meals that we’d ordered. We called the restaurant up, and they said to bring back the receipt and they’d give us the happy meals. We did so, and when we got there they refused to give us anything, neither the happy meals or our money back.

Slow, rude, cold food, nasty and unclean inside. It’s disgusting. Most employees are entitled and rude, they hardly ever get your food right, fries are only fresh if you ask for no salt. Burgers always dry and cold. I’ve been to plenty of McDonald’s and this is in the top 3 id straight trash.

This is the worst McDonald’s, they have a lady there probably in her early 30s that had pink/purple in her hair she is rude and never cleanly dressed nothing. I was waiting outside for my food and she was running orders & she was screaming at a customer from across the parking lot telling them she would fight them while delivering peoples orders to their car. If this is what you hire here shame on yall

If I could give zero stars I would most rudest place ever. My first time sitting in and you can see the workers dropping fry’s that were already packaged up back in the oil and then the workers were making smart remarks mainly the bigger girl with blonde hair her hair in a bun with a green vest on after making smart remarks she hid and the one girl with weird eyebrows kept mean mugging us…..
