As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Apparently a simple cheeseburger meal is no longer available as I asked the employee for a simple cheeseburger meal plain without fries on the burger or weird cheese sauce all I wanted was bread, burger patty, cheese. That is not that hard. And was told that their meals are their meals and to pick numbers one through 10 which are all strange combo sandwiches. Got tired of arguing with him about wanting just a basic cheeseburger as in meat,cheese, bread only with fries and drink and ended up going elsewhere.

Its checkers, what more can I say. Extremely salty burgers, hot fries and cold drinks. After going through the automated drive thru speaker, which I absolutely hate! We had paid the cashier and while he was getting change we could his fellow co workers talk about some pretty not appropriate topics. Good thing the window shut. It was pretty vulgar. The worker at the window was probably the best out of the whole experience. Very polite, professional and just knew his job duties… probably won’t be going back for a while. Overall not terrible. They just need to cut back on all the salt.

The new bone-in party wings for $1 is a hit. They make them fresh, you gotta wait a bit but I prefer fresh food anyway. I like mines plain but the sauces are good too. Worst experience ive ever had at any fast food resturaunt. Store #5932 east locust in davenport ia. 12/15/25 627pm. Went thru drive thru ordered…2 double cheese. Fries drink 2 apple pies and 5pc wing. Was asked to pull around and park. Waited a long time to see people who parked after us get their food before us. They gave us a bag the labels were correct but we did not know til getting home that the bag contained NOTHING we ordered. It had 1 cold fish and some gross nuggets and fries. I immediately called the store speaking with Andrea who apoligized and asked me to come back. I could not as i take care of my bed ridden mother who cannot be left alone. Andrea proceeded to tell me she would put me on a list for replacement order i could come the next day 12/16/26. I took my receipts with her name to the store and the manager Jeremy refused to resolve my issue he stated he did not care if i was inconvienced or that i lost money doing business. Jeremy proceeded to laugh in my face that ive been in inconvienced not once but now twice and refused to reaolve anything. I asked him to call this Andrea and did he know who she was he stated everyone wears name tags he knew who she was then proceeded to fake call saying Andrea was not answering. Then he basically threw my receipts thru the window in my face and closed the window as he told me come back when Andrea works as Jeremy refused to either replace what i ordered and NEVER received nor would he refund my $20.31. Worst part Jeremy behave in his horrifying manner with at least 3 employees watching.

Well first off the lady doing the drive through was extremely rude. Secondly we only ordered 4 sandwiches and they made us pull over to the side and wait for them. We sat there for over 20 minutes until I decided to go back through the line waiting again to remind them we had ordered food or just plain ask for my money back. Finally got back to the window and they were completely unaware we were waiting out there and figured out why they had now cold old food sitting there we ordered quite some time ago. No apologies or professionalism. Just handed us our cold food and sent us on our way. Rude staff and awful service and cold old food. Literally never going back again to any Checkers ever as long as I live and breathe.

The AI taking orders is just absurd! Screwed our order all up. Then the staff forgot the chili fries. But buy the time we noticed it we had sat in the parking lot for 20 minutes and decided it wasn’t worth the wait to complain and wait for another $2 order.
