My absolute favorite place to play pool! I love Rialtos so much, the food & atmosphere is great . What is up with the security guard with the mustache I haven’t read one positive thing about him. Very rude person and denied two people in our group because they were “too drunk” yet they were the only sober people as they were our DDs. We then started laughing because we obviously thought he was joking which I guess he didn’t like and said we were being “aggressive”. Actually insane that this place still employed this guy

If you’re looking for the worst bar in Portland, congratulations – you’ve found it.
Visited on Sunday, Oct. 12, 2025, and witnessed two bartenders who were equal parts incompetent and unprofessional. One couldn’t answer a basic question about the liquor she was serving, then tried to mask her ignorance with eye-rolls and attitude. The other joined in, mocking my sister behind her back – loudly, stupidly, and within earshot of our group. They didn’t realize I was standing right there.
I called it out, calmly and directly. Instead of apologizing, the bartender froze, avoided eye contact, and doubled down on her defensiveness. When I said we’d be leaving a review, she smirked and said, “Go right ahead.”
So here it is.
If you enjoy being insulted by staff who think gossiping about customers is part of the job, this place is for you. Otherwise, skip it. At any place with standards, these two would’ve been fired before their shift ended.
Embarrassing service. Embarrassing management. Embarrassing bar.

We went here on a cold, snowy day, and everything was closed except this place. We enjoyed some good drinks and some delicious appetizers. We sat at the bar, and Victor took great care of us. Definitely recommend stopping here. Great atmosphere, great food, and environment. Lots of TVs and pool table. We had a great time.

How they fit so much talent in such a beautiful atmospheric nook, I couldn’t tell you but I can tell you the staff are a blessing and the bartender is a honest thoughtful delight that keeps the foundation tasteful.

The wings themselves are worth 5 stars, lots of chicken on the them and the flavors are great. The bar wasn’t too busy for a Saturday night. Lots of pool tables and seating.

Hands down the best bar in downtown Portland. The staff is phenomenal! Very professional. I felt safe and had an amazing time playing pool with friends. I wish there were more stars to give!!! Please go!!
