I’d give you no stars but I’m forced to do so. this restaurant is pathetic. Simply came in for morning breakfast and every single person waited for the longest damn time. Customer service doesn’t exist anymore and all McDonald’s gives a shit about is making a profit.

Worst customer service ever all I said was if you had a “family emergency” you should say that on the intercom or “ we are closed “ instead of waiting for waiting 45 mins then having the cops called on me cause I’m waiting in the drive thur I’m thinking because you opened the window I’m about to order instead you tell me your are calling the cops @ 8 pm b/c the drive thur the & establishment close @ 11 pm. Playing on your phone constantly walking by the window right past me instead of telling me “ mam we are closed” I will never be back ever

This isn’t the first time that Claremont, NH McDonalds disappoints me. If the super long wait time at the drive through (45 min) wasn’t bad enough, my food was handed to the car in front of me and after a few minutes, handed back to the employee. My turn finally came to get my order, and when I looked in the bag, all 3 sandwiches were unwrapped. It was the bag given to the car in front of me! I asked the employee if she gave my food to the other car, and she said, “No”. I asked why the sandwiches were unwrapped. She said because she threw them into the bag. I demanded a new meal that wasn’t man handled by a car full of kids. Never again will I go to the drive up on a Sunday night. If you are understaffed, don’t be open.

Update: I’m not gonna remove my previous review but I’m gonna update to just say every time they just get better. I love going here. We now drive a distance to go to this one over our local McDonald’s because it’s just good. The people are good. The food is good. Everyone is good. Thank you Claremont McDonald’s for just being good
Listen… It’s McDonald’s. But what lacks in the general fast food shenanigans, this particular McDonald’s makes up for in customer service. One of the reasons we come back is they are always so kind to us. Every time. They remember my fave and when I have questions they’re always responsive. Sometimes they’re short staffed, that’s not their fault. I’ve seen some angry customers that feel they’re entitled to their borger IMMEDIATELY and these guys take it in stride and just keep giving the best customer service. I really appreciate and respect them and thank them for always being a shining moment in my day when I come here.

I’ve noticed a heavy decline in the quality of McDonald’s food (specifically when it’s not fresh). The food is 90% of the time fresh and the staff aren’t too slow like most other McDonald’s! Thank you let’s hope this one doesn’t turn to shit.
