Pretty amazing for the price. Usually, Applebees is pretty average, but this experience was great. Our server, Sydney, was outstanding and took great care of our party of 9! The steaks were tender and flavorful and the salmon was perfect. Burgers were huge and piled with all the trimmings.

We went to AppleBees for what was our favorite dessert Sizzling Blondie, it was very disappointing. It was served cold and dry. The waitress asked how it was. I had to be truthful. It was nothing like we have ever had. Yuck. We were with our granddaughter so we did not complain but we should have. Last time we make that mistake.

For them to deliver and they give literally 4 waffle fries . So bad. The burger was ok but soggy. Most for was cold, not the fault of the driver. Had to reheat in an air fryer. The burger had to have paper towels soak up the fat they left. Seriously a terrible experience. I refuse to go back after this.

Kickass service by Cam & his team. Great, outgoing server and definitely added to our terrible night after a bad experience at another restaurant. Shoutout to Applebees for the stellar food and service. Such a clean and organized restaurant too. Highly recommend.

This was honestly the final straw for me. 5 onion rings and look at these strips compared to my hand. We pay premium price for this food. It’s not fast food. This is ridiculous. I got a smoothie and milkshake too with no straws. I did carry out so I didn’t even notice since the bag was sealed shut. Never coming back here again, not even to DoorDash. Don’t deserve anyone’s business. Oh yeah food was cold and soggy even though we ordered it right outside the restaurant, but they forgot to vent the plastic lid. Thanks…

Came in last night after the game. Place was busy. We got added to the wait list by the host who was very nice. We stood at the front and waited. As we were waiting there was a manager who was at the front helping with the wait list, we witnessed multiple times a male server being very nasty to the manager, about sitting him etc. The server we got he was amazing but to see the disrespect this other make server was giving to the manager was disrespectful and will most likely keep us from coming back to this establishment. It made for a very hostile atmosphere at the front of the establishment around the mounts of guest who were waiting to be seated.

I mean, it’s Applebee’s. It’s a chain. It’s soulless. Our server – Lily – was great. I got the sweet and spicy chicken sandwich and it was pretty good; I also got the mushroom Swiss burger. However, they messed it up the first time by adding mayo when I requested it without. I had to have it sent back and remade. She apologized repeatedly, but it’s not the fault of the server for the kitchen’s mistake. It didn’t have nearly enough of the black pepper sauce it was supposed to have, so it was bland and just tasted mostly of salt. The bits that did have sauce were pretty good, though. My girlfriend also had issues with her food not being up to standards, as did other diners at the same time. It’s one thing to mess up food when it’s busy and you’re rushing orders out, but there’s no excuse when it’s dead at like 11pm. The mozz sticks were solid though, as were the fries.
