Can’t say much about falco’s. The crust had a good butter flavor and was crunchy; they were generous with the toppings. The toppings overpowered the rest of the pizza flavors. I also got a cup of minestrone soup and a cannoli. The soup was awful, and the cannoli was soggy and squishy. I will never eat here again.

Calamari under cooked, rubbery, and burnt, not sure how they did that, and they still charged me cuz we ate three pieces.
Asked for pan pizza , received a stuff crust pizza. On top of that they poured a pound of oregano seasoning all over our pizza. Tasted like spiced grass! It’s one hour and I still tastes it .
Highly not recommend anybody to come and dine here. Oh bring sanitizer if you do, bathrooms smells like a bum on the CTA redline.

I went for a pick up at one of my childhood favorite pizza places, was treated very poorly by the carry out staff which they didn’t acknowledge my presence upon entering the establishment. The young lady didn’t greet me nor advised me to wait which I would’ve been more than happy to wait, it’s a poor and sad experience for customers to experience especially from a long term customer

Screams SouthSide and baseball. We ordered a cheese and sausage pan pizza, was informed it takes a little longer to cook so that was nice, but my god that Pizza was truly a master piece of PERFECTION. Absolutely delicious down to last bite and crust. Highly recommend. We did order calamari which was very good my only issue is dont serve with red sauce gotta get some cocktail sauce its a seafood item. It was cooked perfectly so no issues there. Our server was so friendly and was very attentive.

I honestly say the food was on point. My first time coming here brought the La Familia to part take on 9/16/23.

I ordered an XL sausage specialty pizza with double dough, extra cheese and jalaapenos and it is the best pizza I have ever had!!! It is cooked to perfection, carmelized and square cut!!! Thank you FALCOS PIZZA CHICAGO!!!

After a full year of not ordering from falcos due to bad customer service and bad tasting pizza I decided to come back today again and give them another chance. I ordered a slice of sausage and cheese was falling off and the sausage wasn’t well cooked, seems to me that the owner doesn’t fully value its restaurant. Falcos used to be real good but from now on I will be ordering from Piezanos Pizza instead on 47th and Rockwell.

In Placed the order on December 13th 2025 at 3:59 PM an hour later. I called to check out my order. And I was told that someone called the driver and canceled my order, they said that maybe someone pranked me and called in. They also said that someone could’ve had a family emergency and called in on my behalf, I reassured them that I did not call in to cancel my order, because I am the one. That has the cell phone Then I am the one that plays order, but the general manager for that day, which was PPM was insisting that I was the 1 that canceled the order I have been shopping with Falco’s for 20 years. I will not any further I had to call the other location to get assistance. And they were great.I wanna let the world know.Do not support this Pizza.They failed me Falco’s.You have failed me after 20 years.Because your management couldn’t take accountability and remedy the situation.Instead, they kept assisting that I was a liar and I canceled the order.I will not support your business anymore after twenty years

Usually everything is great this time 1/4 of the pizza was looking like no topping no cheese ,all bread! . I tried to upload a picture but unable to. Instead we sent it to the driver They always promise my husband a credit for silly mishaps . We don’t like to complain because we are human but it never happens . better luck next time we hope .

Ordered 72:00 worth of food the grilled chck sandwich was over cooked couldnt eat it . the breaded steak was nasty way to much salt sauce was nasty. I called them to let them know . The lady said Why didn’t you call we would have replaced the food . No because the food we had most went in the garbage the best thing was the 2 cheeseburgers.. I did not want more food it was nasty not worth the money we spent .. be cautious when ordering food from them .
