First of all I walk in and 2 employees are discussing piercings as loud as they can as if there out outside, 2ndly the blonde haired one leaned back on the counter as if she at home and her hair touched the tongs that were hanging on the backside side of the counter where the food is. 3rd my food was trash and I mean trash literally everything was cold including the Mac n cheese which tasted like it had t been warmed up. The biscuit I couldn’t even eat unless I wanted to break my teeth. Only thing good was the damn drink. I give up coming to this location because yall never answer the phone or replace orders that aren’t right. Guess customer satisfaction doesn’t exist at this point and no need to send that lil generic reply- REPLACE MY ORDER!

We just ordered 70 dollars worth of food at this location because I was so happy that SEAFOOD is back! I ordered a Flounder Sandwich! Unfortunately when I got ALL the way home I bit my Sandwich only to discover it is CHICKEN and Not FISH!! No Biggie but I’m Pescatarian and DO NOT EAT CHICKEN!! SMH!! Was told to park on the side and was told the wait would be “3-5” minutes. That’s fine. Then it turned into 20-30 minutes as an entire line of cars get their food taken care of, as well as customers inside who all ordered after I did. I go inside after being told I’d get my order taken outside. Just for it to have been sitting there the entire time and no one bothering to bring it. This Popeyes is a joke, 30 minutes of my time being wasted for no reason. Gave me the wrong change as well. What a joke, never coming back to this location.

Wings had nothing on them. And they were supposed to be honey lemon peper. No dipping sauce AT ALL!!! And it clearly states 1 ranch and 3 blackened ranch!!! 30$ meal with no sauce at all not even on the wings! WHAT ARE THEY DOING!

I ordered blackens tenders and 2 shrimp tackle boxes with sweet tea. I got to the window to pay and the lady at the window tell me they didn’t have certain things that I asked for . So I took the shrimp tackle boxes off the order . The manager starts to say you don’t know how much trouble this is that I have to take these shrimp boxes off . I told her to have a good day and drove off cuz lady if you had what I needed in the beginning then I wouldn’t have taken the shrimp boxes off . Do better people !!

Top box in bag had fresh hot chicken, while the bottom box had ALL BURNT CHICKEN. Why would you even dare put it in a box for a paying Customer?!Tried to call several times, since I was no longer near the location and they kept hanging the phone up after 2 rings! It’s always something at this location. Last time I had to go in to get my order remade. All I can say is that the young gentleman in the DT gave awesome customer service. That’s it, that’s All.

I was treated terribly in the drive through..The elderly lady manager made sly remarks about my payment method. As if she thought it was funny and she started complaining to me that she had to make a little effort to accommodate my credit card. In top of it she did not take the order correctly and there were no condiments provided. I hope they don’t treat all their paying customers the same way

0 Stars…..I literally walked out due to the bad attitude, same young Lady from the last time I went and I figured she was having a bad day maybe something happened before I came in, but no she has a horrible attitude, the way she speaks to people, I will never go there again not only her, I could here the lady working the drive thru being rude as well.
I spend my money where it’s appreciated. This was actually for my Mom but went right around the corner got better chicken and much better service. And she actually liked it better….BYE POPEYES!
