The best seafood restaurant we ever have had. Their blacken grill shrimps are out of this world. They also have great service and friendly staff. It is a great place to meet new people as well. Overall,

Atmosphere great. Service was horrible we were sitting down for 15minutes ordered the Crab dip when they delivered it they have it to the wrong party sat down way after us. The crab dip was soupy and not served with enough bread. My husband did the Oyster Quarter Moon (4) he said not flavorful just overly hot. I would not recommend! There are better places to eat.

Alright, so, as you know. I hate leaving bad reviews. But I got to. So in NC, where we live, there is no all you can eat crab legs. Now , my wife loves her crab legs. We’ve been from nc to Florida over carb legs. So we’ve had our fair share. So we found this little spot. So we decided to try it out. It has patio and bar top seating. Which was fine. The bar tender was amazing, and the waitresses were great. So anyways, we decided to order. 1. All you can eat crab legs, 2 of the country boils, and a rib eye. So after getting the food, it was just way to salty. So they switched the all you can eat to the 1.5 pounds of crab legs. Then the manager comes out. We talked to him for a min, and he asked to try the low country boil. Kinda shocked me. As if we were lying about it being salty. But he tried it. Said it was fine that it was just the old bay seasoning. It kind of felt like he thought we were trying to get get out of paying the bill. And very far from that. But you were very uncomfortable at that point. And the appetizers, my scallops were supposed to be fire grilled. But it was raw and had no grill marks or anything. I’m very disappointed. Especially with the bill being 260.00, as usual. Don’t take my word for it. Go and try for yourself. You might like it. Lol. Thank you.

This is one of our favorite spots, and definitely our #1 seafood restaurant in the area, that’s why I was so excited that my sister picked for her birthday dinner. Even though we were a group of 7, our server came over right away and asked us to give her a few minutes to put an area together for us. This is hard to do because the set up is like a horseshoe shaped bar and it’s 1st come, 1st serve. Usually it’s hard to get more than 4 seats together. Within minutes she had us set up and seated. Our drink order was taken right away, followed by our dinner order. They always automatically bring you out a small plate of their semi smashed red potatoes, so soft and tasty. Not mashed but not whole either, just perfect. I got a bowl of NE Clam Chowder which never disappoints. Creamy, with sliced soft potatoes and whole pieces of clams, delectable. I was asked if I wanted half New England & Half Crab bisque but I unfortunately declined. My sister got it and let me try it, I quickly regretted not getting it. It gave it this little extra flavor and spicy kick that worked. I also got the Moon Rockets, which is their take on Rockefeller Oysters. As always, super fresh oysters and a creamy spinach baked on top, succulent. I also ordered a dozen steamed clams and ending up adding them to my wife’s order of Seafood Mornay. A creamy penne pasta with large shrimp and scallops plus veggies in an Alfredo sauce. I tried some there and had the leftovers the next day and it was still as good as it was at the restaurant. My daughter got a crab dip that came with a huge loaf of bread. She loved it and I believe her. Everyone was happy with their orders and bar drinks. The service was on point and impeccable. I highly recommend them for your seafood nights or even if you just want to stop by for a drink!

My wife and I love Full Moon for its low country boil, clam chowder, and raw oysters. We enjoy terrific bar service with expert shucking by Jennifer! This post is intended to feature a terrific drink concoction by bartender Jordan: a cucumber gimlet martini as shown on the photo. He muddles limes and cucumbers to serve up a chilled, shaken martini that is very drinkable and incredibly tasty. I’ve invited him to just start making one any time he ever sees me in the future! And it is sold at a very reasonable price. We’ll be back often for sure!

Strange experience. We loved the atmosphere! The decor is fun and eclectic. The oysters are large and meaty. The entrées are pretty average. However, the most memorable part of our experience was the staff.

Starting with the bartender – Wow, she is a loose cannon. Rough around the edges. Loud. In your face. Very fragile ego. I wasn’t offended by her gruffness because mental illness runs in my family, but I imagine some customers may not be so understanding.

Then, there was the back waiter walking around behind the bar eating a buffalo chicken wing. It looked good! But I didn’t see it on the menu.

Then, there was our waitress who forgot to bring out my drink. (Thank goodness we had waters!) When she finally returned to check on us after we got our entrées, she looked at my plate and said, “That don’t look right. Normally the sauce is thicker.” I had to reassure her that it was still okay even though I guess it was missing ingredients in the sauce?? She wasn’t sure. She just thought it looked strange. And that’s the best way to describe Full Moon.. strange. You should def try it out once just for stories you’ll have!

Good vibes & Great eats! All the feels of a coastal dive right here in Clemmons. The place is cozy, with a big wrap around bar that comprises most of the seating. Could see this place becoming a regular spot for us!

Food wise: we just *had* to try the savory alligator cheesecake! I’ve never had anything like it. Buffalo shrimp wedge was delicious and the perfect portion size. Raw oysters were excellent! Our server shucked them for us (wayyy faster than I would have). Give this place a try!!

This was the best service. I laughed so much. Everyone is family at this place. It says on the menu that you “come as a stranger, leave as a friend” and that couldn’t be more true. I absolutely love this place. I come to see Mike. He knows us by name. Just like every customer that walks in. We are all Mikes friends. 10/10. Recommend.

Outstanding food, at a moderate price. The customer service at this location excellent. The food and desserts are some of the best you’ll find anywhere. The atmosphere is generally very lively and talkative.
