I ordered here at the drive-thru about an hour ago and had to wait for “fresh fries”. Much to my happy surprise, both the fries and the cheeseburgers were hot and fresh! Kudos to the ladies working there tonight. Thank you for making me fresh food! This is how Burger King is supposed to taste!

The woman who was running the window July 3 2024 at 1030pm flatly told me “the sauce is in the bag” and to be fair it was. But I had ordered two 8 piece mozzarella sticks, which is what the sauce was for. One of these orders had 6 in the bag and one broken one, the other had one mozzarella stick in the bag with a couple chicken nuggets. I cannot comprehend this. This would be fine if this location knew how to finish their chicken, but they don’t.

I always come to this location every day and Nancy always takes care of me she is an amazing manager and the location on 8 mile could definitley learn from her , the food is always hot and fresh and my chicken fries are always cooked fresh. The service has really gone down in the last couple months. They had really turned things around for a while under the newest management. I used to love how friendly everyone was. Now everybody is too busy flirting with each other to take your order and their personal conversations come before listening to what you are ordering so they make you repeat yourself

Management: Just curious how much of a “livable” wage does an employee of this store have to make to produce edible food out of this store? How much of a “livable” wage does the managers of this store have to make to allow better product to leave their store? The sloppy mess pictured below is what I received,, anyone who serves this to customers i can bet doesn’t wash their hands! If you’re looking to get diarrhea this is the perfect place for you!

I have actually avoided this particular location for several years due to repeated issues with food quality, service etc. Decided to give it another shot and I don’t know if it’s new management, new employees, or both, but WOW, what a difference! Service was fast and genuinely friendly, the food was hot and fresh, and almost unbelievably, the order was 100% accurate. Even straws, napkins, and appropriate sauces were in the bag! I will definitely not continue to drive out of my way to avoid this store any longer. Keep up the great work!

The late night staff is horrible and slow. Do not go here after 12, unless you have an hour to burn waiting for someone to come to the window. It’s like they refuse to do what they are paid to do. Your food will somehow take 40 minutes to be made.
