Just moved here and this was honestly the best steak house I’ve been to. Atmosphere was real cool. All staff were super friendly and extremely helpful. Will was our waiter and his service was completely on point. He was amazing! I had the ribs. They completely fell off the bone and were delicious. Twice baked potato soup and glazed brussel sprouts that were out of this world. The food was undoubtedly the best. Thankfully I live right down the road and therefore will definitely be back. I absolutely recommend this establishment to everyone. 10 stars if I could. Well done Saltgrass!

We LOVE Saltgrass, and this location did not disappoint! We were seated right away on a Friday evening with no wait, which was a pleasant surprise. Everything came out fast, fresh, and cooked to perfection. Our server, Case, was FANTASTIC—super attentive and friendly. All the other staff we interacted with were just as welcoming. Believe it or not, most places tend to overcook our Rare steaks, but here they nailed it. Perfectly done. Highly recommend!

We chose Saltgrass for my son’s wedding rehearsal dinner. The staff was very accommodating, the space was nice and private and the food preparation was excellent. We own a restaurant so I am very well aware of the challenges a large group creates, especially on an already busy night (Friday). Wonderful overall experience and everyone was impressed.

The food and drinks were really good and yes, I will be back in the future.
I only have 2 complaints.
The first, is that while I was putting my steak and mushrooms into to go boxes, the guy came up and removed my salad, which I still had about half of it and had planned on finishing it after packing up my other stuff. Had he not taken my food before I was done with it, I would have given 5 stars.
(I didn’t realize he took it, until I had finished packing up the other food, I saw him taking my husbands empty plate and glass, but I didn’t think he would grab a bowl with food in it, while I was literally putting the other food in to go boxes)
The second is that my husbands steak was slightly overly salty and not consistently cooked.

Had a christmas party there, my salmon was good, the green beans and potato soup not so much, the soup was the texture of grits, green beans were hard and not tender at all. A lady that was with us ordered chicken fried steak, when it came and she cut into it the meat was raw, they took it back and brought her another one and when she stuck her fork in to cut it blood shot out, so on the third try she told them to bring her a steak and put it in a box to go since everyone else was finished eating. I don’t know how someone couldn’t cook chicken fried steak in a fryer long enough to get done, it wasn’t very thick, they should not have charged for her meal but they did!

First time goers & could not be more blown away! Our server, Emily, was so attentive to our needs and the food was amazing! Steak with the oscar topping was my favorite! You should try the pineapple margarita! Definitely will be back very soon!

I found a BUG at the bottom of my mac & cheese at Saltgrass Steakhouse. Absolutely disgusting and completely unacceptable. This shows a clear lack of cleanliness in the kitchen, and I’m seriously considering reporting this to the health department. I won’t be coming back, and I suggest others check their food carefully.

The hostess’ were rude & cold, seemed as though my family interrupted them. After being angrily seated, the table was sticky. The waitress took a long time to come to us and when she did she was extremely quick with her interactions and unfriendly. The food was not great. The steak was alright but all the sides were gross. Altogether not a family oriented place despite its appearance.
