Second time i get hard plastic material rocks in my burger and tacos don’t know what it is. Almost chipped my tooth when biting into my burger. Tried calling them to let them know to be careful and check their meat but never answered.

Came christmas eve night/christmas morning(around 3am) After a rain storm, lots of flooding and overall crazy weather; this location was still open. Employee that took our order was extremely polite and cheerful. Fast and efficient. There were about 4 cars in front of us. Our order was correct, fresh and delicious. Very grateful and extremely satisfied.

Such a great experience for something I thought was supposed to be a drive thru eatery. The server was extremely patient with us trying to figure out what to order. Faith McKenzie I believe was her name. Very professional. Will definitely stop by here again on the way to vegas

This Jack In The Box location is overall pretty good but has occasional issues, such as missing items or the occasional rude new hire. Issues that regard food quality are solved/addressed & rarely reoccur (example: rock hard cheese sticks during initial 2023 rerelease; egg sandwiches with remnant egg shells). The regular staff is friendly, their managers are professional, and the inside is clean most of the time.

And my boyfriend is alérgica to fries and asked for tacos as a side instead and they didn’t give us them, we asked for sauce didn’t give them to us either. We live pretty far from Jack in the box so I called 6 times to see if anything can be done and no answer. I understand people make mistakes but when it pertains missing not one item but multiple items asked for it’s not okay . And more so when there was only one car behind us so it can’t even be cause it was really busy

First time in California never heard of jack in the box before I live IL came by to visit my best friend we went to drive thru had a awesome experience with the person behind the intercom her name was Stephanie she was super nice , awesome and friendly she also recommended some items off the menu had a great experiences at the drive thru

This location does not give two spits about their customers or the quality of their product. I’ve been on the road for 3 hours just sitting in traffic with my kids and we were hungry… came here only to be met with people not paying close enough attention to what my order was so off the bat, getting it wrong and then get home to bite into a very stale piece of bread and dry meat. Stale curly fries and my 3 year olds chicken nuggets were stale.
Like h-hoooooow do you serve that without shame and expect $22 an hour? So upset I spent over $20 for that crap.
