Hands down worst place ive ever been to. Stood at front desk for five minutes (sign says wait to be seated) finally someone comes by says “can I help you?” Ya, sign says wait! I need a seat! Finally get a spot at bar, waitress takes my drink order and disappears!!!! Five minutes later finally get my drink, well not my drink as they were out!!!! But something to drink! Order wings, wing place right?!?!? Most anorexic wings ive ever seen in my life!!! Literally breading on a bone. Order second drink…. she disappears again!!! Local comes in, gets what he orders… I wait!!!! Finally second beer. Order more food, still hungry after dropping $15.49 on 10 of the worst wings ive had in my life!!!! Currently waiting on a burger…. and maybe another drink if she returns!! But local has what he needs!!!!! NEVER coming back!!!!

I usually come to this place to have great food but this visit had the worse service. She avoided our table most of the time while going to other tables. She kept bringing us the wrong drinks where we asked for sweet tea which she first brings Dr Pepper then she brings we thought was sweet tea but it’s unsweetened tea which she says it’s sweet but we both said it was unsweetened. She brings the same tea again and it’s unsweetened. She doesn’t apologize at all or offer other choices for to make up for the mistake. She brought the chocolate chip skillet dessert and the cookie tasted old like it’s been left out which also wasn’t hot.

Omg!! Never again. Sunday 16 i was there with my son and his gf. We got seated and for 10min no one came to ur table. I went to difront and ask for my waitress. 5 min later she show up. We put or order in. My appetizer that I order they dinot have one of the items. Witch we told them just put more wings, next my son drink they dinot have it. Then waited 30 min for ur food .but ur appetizer got los. My order was wrong. I was at this point super mad. There manager at in the floor are horrible. They have no clue when one of there tables has so many things go wrong. They have the never to come and ask why is this table so silence. Try to be funny. Just not worth the money. Yes probably a bad day. But if this business are in costumer service they need to have better service. J

Me and my family tend to dine here at least once a week, the other night we came in and had a bad experience and we aren’t picky. We got told it would be a 10-minute wait, it ended up being 30 minutes. Once we were finally sat it took almost 20 minutes to be greeted, the server was nice and apologized, she seemed to be over stressed and sick ( don’t know why if she’s handling food) so we were lenient and sympathetic. She told us the kitchen was under staffed and apologized which we understood, but once the food came out it tasted like it has been sitting out for at least an hour with how hard the fries were and how the wings tasted, I also got the wrong sandwich and it took almost 15 minutes to get it back. The server barely had enough time to attend us because of how busy she was which is fine, we just didn’t get any refills. We probably won’t be back because of this and are very disappointed because my family used to love it here.

I typically don’t post reviews, but after two visits in a row in which I experienced similar problems, I feel as though I’ve noticed a trend. I ordered food for carry out, and was informed it would be ready at 2:10pm. I arrived at 2:15 to pick up my order. During my previous visit, I had to wait about 15 minutes for my food to be ready, so I arrived a tad later than the listed time just in case. The restaurant wasn’t busy, and I was the first person waiting to get my food. After telling the hostess that I was there for a pick-up order, she left to go clean tables without checking the computer or to-go rack. I assumed it just wasn’t ready yet, so I continued to wait patiently. After about 10 minutes, she came back to the counter, told her phone to set a timer, grabbed her bag, and left. Nobody else came to check on my order until the manager asked my name roughly 21 minutes later. After a few more minutes, he came out to tell me they were starting my order fresh and that it would be ready in 30 seconds. Another 7 minutes later, he brought out my food and told me there was a “screw up.” I tend to be a patient person, especially since I have previously worked in a restaurant before, but this particular location seems to have a trend of bad service among their host staff, who, during both of my recent visits, have walked off or out of the building entirely without checking the status of my order.

Had the best server. He’s been there 9 years, I believe, and is wonderful. Food was perfect. Atmosphere was perfect. Couldn’t ask for a better place for a small pre Christmas lunch with a friend.

One of the best Buffalo Wild Wings I’ve ever visited. Went in on a Saturday night during college football season with no line, no wait and seated immediately. The waitress was attentive and courteous. The food came out fast and was delicious! Only issue was a few onion rings had undercooked batter but nothing to complain about.
