I would much rather wait 10 minutes for a well known famous breakfast burrito than to receive this whatever you want to call it because it surly was not a #2 (breakfast burrito add greenchile). It was more like a hot fresh tortilla filled with hard burnt hash browns that literally cut into my gums like plastic fork tips with cheesie eggs and sausage with a small hint of green Chile. Very disappointing.

I’m a big fan of blakes, but this specific location continues to be a letdown. Every other spot I visit gets it right, but for some reason, the consistency just isn’t here.
Case in point: my most recent order (see photo). Instead of the standard shredded lettuce that provides that nice crunch and easy eating, I opened my container to find one giant, whole leaf of lettuce just plopped on top of a wet burrito.
it’s honestly just lazy preparation. I shouldn’t have to perform surgery on my food just to get a balanced bite. Please train the kitchen staff on the standard prep—I’d love to keep coming here, but it’s becoming the only location I have issues with.

So impressed! The service was prompt and the kind gentleman who took our order was helpful with awesome suggestions. The restaurant was immaculately clean and surprisingly stylish (lol, nicely done, Blake’s!). Our food came out quickly and was just as we ordered it. Great experience overall.

Another big example of shrinkflation. Lotaburger used to be one of my favorite restaurants to eat at, just not the same as they used to be. Burgers are smaller burritos are smaller. Even the cups are smaller. And it just doesn’t taste the same. Oh but the price went up. Very disappointed. I’m hoping it was just a mistake but I ordered two large lotaburger combos and got one medium fry and one large fry instead of two large fries.
I am so disappointed in Blake’s response. I won’t be back not for a very long time. I hope you do better and learn from your failing.

I ordered 2 chorizo burritos both with Christmas on the side. Also ordered 2 extra green, 1 for each…didn’t get those. As for the Chorizo we order it often and it’s USUALLY delicious. (Always order online if you need to check validity) I think this time we got beef chorizo and neither of us ate much very “off flavor”….INEDIBLE! We fed them both to our dog, she didn’t seem to mind them. If you are going to switch permanently to this please advise. $16.68 in the “trash”

Newly rebuilt location. Wonderful design, decor. Customer service is always friendly. Twin drive-thru ordering lanes. Much improved parking area. Traffic ingress/egress is still difficult due heavy traffic at intersection, combined with train tracks across the street (not recommended for the semi truck driver to stop at). Clean, beautiful seating areas inside and out. NM Style Cheeseburger was overcooked, dry but tasty, seasoned fries were soggy, warm. Waited for food at counter for over 20 minutes. Placed order at 1:10pm and it was not busy. Could be a 5 star location with better training, procedures. No offer to refill large iced tea ordered, provided at time of payment, drank while waiting in lobby for food.

What can I say? Not the Blake’s of old but I’m still a fan. Staff was responsive, facilities were clean and the food received in an acceptable amount of time. Green chile was mild at best and scarce… I had to push it to the edge of the burger for the photo.

I don’t know about yall but the night shift members are the sweetest people they got great customer service burgers always amazing that lady that served me in Friday she was a amazing lady was very helpful super kind the cooks are amazing everything come out WONDERFUL!! 10/10 place love it for the first time would definitely go back!!

Absolutely terrible service they act like they hate their job, I go quite frequently because it’s one of my favorite restaurants and they serve breakfast burritos all day but every time I go I always have a problem and I hate to be rude but they either give me the incorrect order or the wait time is over 20 minutes I waited in the drive through for 45 minutes and I had to go inside and they had my order ready and cold I was very upset and they refused to fix it. Other times the employees will be listing to music super loud and cussing and again not giving their best customer service by giving attitude towards you or just ignoring you over all. I wish this was a better experience
