Update: Customer service and Martha (a different manager) were absolutely amazing. Changing my review from 1 star for that. They were all just as surprised as me. I was never rude during any interaction and tried to be as understanding as possible but using your manager status to not do something simply because you didn’t want to is not how life works when you work in a service job. Thankful for the staff members who helped get everything squared away. Again HUGE SHOUT OUT TO MARTHA and her morning crew. She is absolutely amazing and deserves all 5 stars!
01/01/26 at around 9pm. The employee on shift said the managers name was “AJ” unsure if that was truthful i don’t really care. They have an attitude problem. I paid for extra brown batter sauce, i don’t care if it’s 50¢ or $5.. I paid for it and that’s what i wanted. They gave the bare minimum and when the employee asked if they could just give me a little bit more they declined. I then showed him and he agreed that there was definitely NOT extra but they were the manager and there is nothing he can do other than ask them again. They then got smart and refused.

As a traveling nurse I worked a 16 hr shift and decided to spend my hard earned money at this location. I had a terrible experience at this Wendy’s. The food I was served came out with cold meat, which is completely unacceptable. When I tried to call to let them know, none of the phones worked, making it impossible to reach the store directly. On top of that, the staff I encountered had rude and dismissive attitudes, making the situation even worse. This location seriously needs improvement in both customer service and food quality. I definitely won’t be coming back.

Im not the type to leave reviews, but Im genuinely frustrated. I placed a mobile order (chicken sandwich, baked potato, and 6 piece nuggets) and got there at 10:40, let them know I had a mobile order and she had me pull up to the window. She gave me my drink, told me all I was waiting on was the sandwich and had me pull forward. I was the only car there, but I don’t mind helping get times down or whatever. A few cars arrived after me, and I watched both cars get their drinks AND food, and both of them left. At 11 someone finally came out with my food, handed me the bag, said nothing and walked away, did not give me the chance to check or ask if I needed anything. I just got home and checked my bag bc I’m tired and just wanted to go home and eat, and tell me why I’m missing my nuggets. I should’ve checked to make sure it was in the bag while I was there, but if I’m going to be pulled forward, wait 15+ minutes and watch two other cars get their orders and leave before me after I had already been waiting, I expect to at least have everything in my bag. Highly disappointed
Also I wasn’t even given the right sandwich. I ordered the Asiago Ranch grilled chicken sandwich, with extra pickles, and it seems like I got a classic chicken sandwich instead.

The customer service at this location was good. They had a great staff that was super friendly and got our order right. My husband enjoyed his Spicy Chicken Sandwich and thought it was prepared perfectly along with his fries. I was not impressed with my Baconator Burger. It was dry and tasted like it had been sitting around for hours. It did not seem very fresh. My fries were soggy and greasy. I was not impressed with my order.
This location is worth the stop if you’re craving Wendy’s. Although my lunch was not the best, my husband raved about his, and they had great customer service.

This location was GREAT. I had not been to Wendy’s in a while and was pleasantly surprised during this visit. Staff was kind despite the rush and the food was very fresh. Fries were hot and crispy and our order was exactly as requested. Raiting in comparison to other fast foods.

I have to say, the chili at this Wendy’s is absolutely HORRIFIC. What I was served today is an insult to customers. It’s watered down to the point of tasting like flavored water, the texture is dry like dog food, and there’s absolutely no balance in flavor—either completely bland or so salty it’s inedible.
Wendy’s, people are spending their hard-earned money expecting a decent meal, not something that looks and tastes like it was scraped from the bottom of a pot and called “chili.” This is not acceptable. Customers deserve quality, consistency, and actual flavor—not this lazy excuse for food.
For the sake of your reputation and for the consumers who continue to give you their business, DO BETTER.

Not my favorite location the store is always dirty on the inside I even today when I showed up in there it was soapy water all up underneath the drive-thru window I mean it wasn’t just a little bit it was a whole huge puddle. Trash was all over the floor where they make food. Professionalism was pretty much non-existent at the location.

I came here Saturday April 27th to order lunch on my break from work, The workers seemed to just be roaming around and almost looks like doing nothing, Another lady was taking an order from old man with 2 of his kids, mind you I was behind them waiting to order, I get up there to order and she takes my order normally, Cool, she gives me a cup and I fill my drink, I sit in a table area waiting for like 15 – 20 minutes, I got confused because The old man got his food not even 5 minutes after he ordered, mind you he was with 2 KIDS as well! I walked up there to ask about my order and I didn’t get a work in as they started to grab my order that’s just lying around! Like if i didn’t exist or that I never ordered, An old lady that seemed like the manager grabbed my burger, fries and made my frosty, these were all just lying around, I thank her and go to eat my food, the fries were cold and soggy, the burger was lukewarm and missing many toppings and the frosty was somehow half melted, The fact they just forget their customers exist is sad, Won’t be coming here to eat again

Our food smelled so disgusting. The people working there in the drive through seemed so lazy and the overall atmosphere was gross and I never been so disappointed with the quality of service and food. Extremely greasy even more than usual for a fast food place. I should’ve read the reviews before wasting my money.
