Heard this place got better so came to order. No tap to pay. Great to find out when my food is ready and in front of me that I can’t buy it with an extremely common payment method. I like to tip too but I guess the decision-maker in charge of these things hates money. Oh well. Still hungry, can’t give stars for no service. What do you expect?

I ordered ahead on the app and got a Route 44 Coke with easy ice, regular cherry and vanilla and it is currently 18 minutes since I got the order confirmation when I checked in at the stall and I have yet to receive my drink. I called the store twice and no one answered. Others who only had one drink arrived after me and received their drink. If you want quick, respectful service, go to another location or restaurant entirely.

Typical fast food. However the drive in experience is being taken over by mobile apps. Drive ins have a mystic about them with the call button and ordering from the driver side menu. Nearly half the spaces were taken by these online order spots. The other issue is the payment with a credit card. There is no opportunity to provide a tip on the bill for the server via my card. That is ridiculous.

I ordered cheese sticks. They asked me what sauce I want and then they forgot the sauce in the bag and then asked for extra ketchup and I only got two. And then I asked for a cherry limeade which should’ve had cherries. And there was no cherries.

Our simple order for 2 DIET Cokes was filled with 2 Dr Peppers again. Usually we don’t find out until we are back home. This has happened at least a dozen times this year.
I am literally pouring money down the drain when I go here.
I won’t be wasting my dollars at this location again for a while. Sadly, this location is close to our neighborhood and has been good in the past. Now however…the staff is generally terrible (all shifts). Management take note! They are hurting this location.
We have waited 20 minutes for our orders multiple times. Missing items. Trash cans are overflowing. The dumpster is left open and stinks. About half of the orders bays are broken. And worst is the fact that the staff parks their personal vehicles in open bays (including the few of working ones) and in handicap without tags. This level of work ethic likely has unseen impacts inside the kitchen as well. Gross.
You need to get a training crew in here asap. Likely management needs some help as well to prevent this rapid decline and turn the location around.
I can go on and on. I kept hoping there would be a change and improvement, but it’s worse than ever. Maybe it will be better next year.

Very disappointed with the service at this Sonic. I had to reorder my burger twice because it was wrong both times. The lack of training and customer service was clearly visible. My burger actually had hair on it.
