We ate here for lunch today. The customer service was very good and the lady working the counter was very nice. The food was delicious. The tables were all clean, which is unusual for a fast food place in a gas station. We had a very good experience here.

Was located at Pilot. Later after dinner rush. Short on help. Front person looked in charge of multiple areas. We ordered double meals. No ice in machine. Fries were cold. Double cheeseburger was hot and good.

Order and arrived to the location with no one in line. Got to the window and was told to pull over to mobile order and they’d bring it out . Waited about 7 minutes or so. Get home and take out one of my 3 meals and this is the nugget …. To add it was hard a rock Mind you there was no straws in the bags , ketchup or bbq sauce. VERY DISAPPOINTED . I will NOT RETURN TO THIS LOCATION !

When I walked in the employees were in the lobby playing catch. I ordered a taco salad. When I got back in the car, the salad was rotten and the tomato on top frozen. I decided to just eat the chili and discovered no utensils or sour cream.

It’s a fast food restaurant at a truck stop/gas station. No one expects much from such situations. Happily, the service has always been superlative (8 visits over 4 months) and food is as good as Wendy’s ever gets (which is pretty good, actually)

We stopped here on the way home from the F&M Bank Arena after seeing Bert Kreischer. We are originally from Kentucky and have had Wendy’s before. We were not disappointed with this one and had nice hot food! We couldn’t get the queso fries because they discontinued them, but we could get cheese fries instead would come back if we’re back in the area.

Wendy’s is. Very consistent with their food and taste. I have never had a bad meal, but nothing is great either. They have competitive prices. We did have to wait about a minute or two in the restaurant for anyone to take our order as no one was at the register.

Took 20 minutes to get food, zero communication, order was wrong. Asked for a refund as we had to be on the other side of town and the lady covering tills refused. Food was nasty. Grease hasn’t been changed in a long while.
