So I had initially gone to the McDonald’s across from this establishment but because it was close ((I guess they open at 5am, it was 4:54am )) so since I am a frequent visitor to my local Jack in the Box I decided to go there ((here)). I ordered a 23 which is the Loaded Sourdough Breakfast and when leaving the place I just wrapped the top of the bag to keep food warm till I got to my destination which was like 12 minutes away …. when arriving I opened the bag and I knew I should of check but the hash brown looked like it had been sitting in the oil until it was packaged……coffee tasted like they put the grounds of coffee in it ((like the saying goes it tasted like dirty socks)) now I don’t know how often they filter the oil but just by looking at this so called hash brown not very often… it is very disappointing to go to a place and look forward to eating your favorite meal and the only thing that’s good was the sandwich….. I hope that my experience helps anyone who is paying full price to look at their food before driving away and make sure it’s up to your satisfaction.

They’re fine for what they are. But if you work night shift or graveyard shift and want food, please do not even bother. I understand their policies, but what confuses me is their times are not always accurate. Sometimes they close earlier than 3am or later than 3:30am
If it is even close to 3 am stay away. The food will still taste the same as with any jack in the box, which kudos for quality control, but the service is also subpar. The person at the window will have an attitude, and 50/50 you ask for no ice, but you will get it anyways. I don’t mind it at all, but I add it to see if they pay attention to detail. Ever since I’ve started live streaming their service, as I review restaurants, they’ve gotten better, almost like they got the hint, but it shouldn’t get to that point. I have no idea if they’ve seen my videos, but they’ve improved sure, but still it’s grazing the minimum. I’ve worked food service before, and I did my time. I gave my time, regardless of my pay because it was my job. And expecting the same, no more than just a few years later is lack luster. Go to Carls Jr. They’ll be open no matter what time, and in a slightly better mood. If you’re going to or coming from work, go where it is guaranteed. Your time is everything.

One of the busiest fast food restaurants in the city by sheer volume and they get the food out fast. They make mistakes from time to time but they’re quick to correct them without hesitation.

Recently they installed kiosks to order your food. If you are using a card to pay, it’s all good. If your are paying cash, they just ignore you. I’ve been waiting for about 15 minutes to pay for my order. Should I just leave?

Had the teriyaki chicken bowl comes with steamed rice, and veggies. It was very hot and delicious. All sodas where watered down. Restaurant doors where locked upon arriving. Need to call store to have them open for you. Guessing it’s because of the bad homeless in the area.

Made a online offer picked it up in 5 minutes and everything, jr jumbo jack and mixed fries , were both cold I asked the associate about it telling him the foods cold and he just looked at me very unconcerned and said it was just made fresh when ordered, im like but how ? I can show the time of order and arrival, isn’t my dissatisfaction a concern, he just walked away, smh.

This jack in the box has the friendliest crew. I love the attitude of the graveyard employee that helped me tonight. Despite they were short staffed and had a lot of customers, she was very nice and had a big smile on her face.
