I stopped at this location with my family and ended up walking out without even taking the food we had already paid for. The overall condition of the restaurant was extremely concerning. The dining area and food prep areas appeared very unclean, and employees were openly swearing in front of customers. There were also drinks sitting out around the food preparation area, which did not inspire confidence in food safety.
After seeing the state of the restaurant, I genuinely felt uncomfortable letting my family eat the food. This was easily the worst McDonald’s experience I have ever had. I hope management takes a serious look at the cleanliness, professionalism, and food safety standards at this location.

Asked for Splenda equal none. No napkins, No hi, no smile, was extended disdain if anything, definitely no thank you after payment or receiving order, it was an attitude of “your lucky I served you” . Won’t be back for sure. Order fish sandwich, large fries sweet and under tea, nothing complicated

Came in for 2 number 9 combo meals and it took like 20 minutes to get my food. While waiting I had observed several customers complaining that they had been there for about 30 minutes. Once I received my food I went to go fix my drinks. The drink area was a mess with lids, straws and napkins all over the counter and covered with what looked like coke. 1 out of 4 of the ordering kiosks where out of service. One of the employee’s child was running around in the store front and climbing on the check out counter with her shoes on…. nothing was said to the child by any of the employees. I had also observed one what looked like a manager standing in the way not doing anything but texting on his phone. Once I had gotten my food and started to leave my girlfriend notice the fries where cold and stale. If I could put a 0 on here I would

Horrible. 7:30, Sunday morning. I had the audacity to order coffee. I hear the server say there is no coffee. Then magically, they hand me a cup of coffee, barely warm, and tasted 2 days old. I will never stop here again. McDonald’s reached out, wanting more info. The automated reply system seems so warm and caring..NOT. The automated system makes you choose all kinds of irrelevant stuff, just so you can leave a comment that isn’t really read. As soon as I sent those choices, I received an email telling me about nutrition. I am so done with McDonalds

I went to leave feedback about this location on the link that the owners replied to others with, and after trying to submit it 5 different times it still won’t go through so I’m looking for some help. Every time I go to this McDonald’s the workers are doing absolutely nothing. It can even be just barely past 9pm sometimes and the doors are locked and they won’t answer the drive through but when you pull around, they’re all just sitting in the lobby. One time when they surprisingly didn’t have the doors locked when I came to pick up a mobile order, they told me they weren’t going to make the cookies (by choice, not because they were out), and just gave a cold not even heated up apple pie and refused to refund the difference or take the apple pie back and just refund the whole order, so literally got scammed. I hope someone can get back to me or the website can be fixed 🙁

This is the WORST McDonalds in the Southeast! I’ve been upcharged for everything from pickles to drinks. Then I get cold fries, a Big Mac with NO pickles, a happy meal with NO toy, NO napkins and NO nugget sauces! I’ve never been there that the service wasn’t horrible, the order wasn’t wrong and the employee’s attitudes weren’t BAD! Steer Clear of this place! The owners should be ASHAMED!

I’ve reviewed other McDonald’s restaurants in surrounding counties in SC and, I have to say, THIS is the worst one of all!! I’ve been to this one several times in the past month and, every time I’ve been there, they always get my orders wrong… MULTIPLE missing food and drink items, noncompliant to correct their mistakes and refusals to refund my money!! Not only is the service bad but, whoever is cooking there really needs to go to cooking school!!! Nasty, just plain nasty!!!! Needless to say, I will endure the travel time to go to Greenville SC when I want McDonald’s food!!!

First i went through drive tru and ordered a mcchicken, fries,drink and two chocolate cookies. I got home and opened my bag it had a burnt smell i was like what that smell? It was the cookies. I called ask to speak to manager they hanged up, called again they left me on the phone for a good 3 minutes saying hello then i asked to speak to manager they replied and stated they was a manager explained what had happen and my cookies were over cooked and burnt and stuck together they had stated ohhh they probably cooked it to long in the microwave.?! Second i said cookies aren’t made in microwave they stated yes they do im a manager and i ain’t gonna sit here and argue with you and hanged up phone.. Come on Laurens do BETTER!!! Wont go here again ived tried given y’all a chance since in convenient but will not waste my time going here its always an issue. As an establishment will get new managers if y’all want this place to still stand!!
